It is an older hotel that is showing it age. But if you want a clean room with a bed for a night or 2 its fine. It worked for us. Walking distance to many pubs, restaurants, the parliament buildings and the inner harbour. Our room had a kitchenette, but it was not stocked. Had to go to the lobby and get bowles, cutlery ect. But items are available if you require them. The parking seamed a little strange when you are looking online, but actually it was very easy and closer then we expected. They comunicate with you through the process.Very reasonable rates. Next time we are in Victoria, we will be staying here.

The location is very convenient in the center of Government Street. The building was old, but it was well cleaned. There were also enough clean towels. My room was on the third floor on the main street side, so I could hear the sound of a nearby pub until midnight.
