It is located directly across from the ferry terminal so you can just roll your suitcase across the street when you first get to Victoria. Their pool is the best I've ever used. Gorgeous huge pool with soft water, hot tub and sauna. Workout room is great too. Their restaurant is quite expensive, so we walk 1/2 a block to Days Inn and eat under the colorful orange umbrellas with a view of the Inner Harbour! It's delicious food, plenty of it and it is reasonably priced. Service is great and so is the staff. I give it a 10 rating - very pleased with it. It's a very gorgeous, big and clean hotel. Nothing but good stuff to report!

Beautiful room that appeared to be newly redecorated, in a hotel just steps from the Harbor and the Victoria Clipper. Excellent restaurant, though breakfast service was slow even when they weren't busy. Maid service was excellent.

Easy check in, currency exchange, beautiful property.

Victoria is an incredible place. The Hotel Grand Pacific is in a great location with stunning views of the City and the Bay It is a great place for a family vacation with very helpful personel

The hotel is a gem in Victoria, and I've stayed at many. The pool and sauna and steam room and spa are to die for. The room was spacious, clean, quiet (as requested - they even bumped us up to two queen beds AND quiet), the beds very comfortable for sleeping, and the staff was friendly, professional, and kind. The hotel is right beside the legislature, and there is plenty of safe parking behind it, though you can park in their lot, too. Highly recommended.

It is a nice hotel within walking distance of a lot... bed was a little hard for me but that is my only complaint

Got a waterfront room. Great people watching.................................................................................

All the staff were professional and courteous. The hotel provides complimentary bikes which was a nice surprise. Their pool was outstanding. This location is ideal and my husband and i will be back.

Excellent service, great room. Close to everything!

The lobby and outside façade were in very neat, clean condition. I loved the cafes with their indoor/outdoor option. The room was nice, but a little dated. The sheets were scratchy, but other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

Staff was nice, but the website was a bit misleading. The room we stayed in looked like it hadn't been updated in 25 years. Other then that it's an ok hotel for the price good location.

Had a great corner suite overlooking the harbor, Fairmont Empress, and Parliament buildings

Check in was easy. Room was ready early. After we checked out the hotel held our luggage until we were ready to depart Victoria. Very pleasant stay.

We only stayed one night in Victoria but the hotel was one of the highlights of the trip. Very accommodating staff and the amenities were excellent. Beautiful view of harbor from balcony. Centrally located in the city.

Hotel Grand Pacific certainly lives up to its name! It's location in the Inner Harbor is within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, transportation (ferries, tour busses, car rentals, carriages), and coffee shops. The indoor pool is stellar. Our room was attractive, clean, and comfortable. Of course, all of this would be worthless without an accommodating staff, which the Grand Pacific has. The people at the front desk go out of their way to be of assistance to the hotel guests - always with a smile.

We loved this hotel! Great location, the staff was excellent , I can't think of a single negative. We would definitely stay here again!

Great, clean, everything was in order. Wifi was spotty. The pool area was excellent.

Hotel: perfect location Customer service: Outstanding Rooms just as the pictures shown. Beautiful, clean and well maintained. Staff: gone out of the way to accommodate your situation. Noise: little to none. You will get a great sleep I recommend it Price was the the best.

A great central location on the harbor for visitors to beautiful Victoria - one of the loveliest cities on the West Coast of North America. My room was of a decent size and well cleaned by the housekeeper Leah. I thought the mattress could have been of somewhat better quality, and the pillows definitely could have been better (firmer and better fitting for head and neck), but these are fairly minor quibbles. Furniture style used in rooms is sturdy, classic 20th century English. The view from the balcony was wonderful, and I don't think there are any bad views from any side of this hotel. All the hotel staff that I talked to were young, enthusiastic and helpful. The cost to stay at this hotel for 5 nights (in Spring of 2015) was equal to what I paid for 2 nights in San Francisco just before leaving for Victoria. So I would have to recommend a trip to Victoria over many other places on the West Coast.

My experience was wonderful. The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. The environment was relaxing, just what I was looking for. Victoria is a wonderful city and the restaurants are varied and good food is everywhere.
