Jake at reception was amazing! I had my wife and 83 year old mother with me. He put us in a great room was very curtious and gave us some great tips on places to visit in victoria.your very lucky to have him on your staff.

We enjoyed our stay over Valentine's Day weekend, the room was quiet and clean, the few staff we interacted with were professional and friendly. $28/day for parking seemed high, especially given they significantly oversell the parking spaces, and it gets a little lord of the flies trying to park in the evening. Aside from that it was good, would definitely consider staying again.
