Great staff and very clean facilities. The only downside was the uncomfortable pillows (worst ones I've ever had actually) - they were very hard and thick, and I just slept with my head directly on the mattress instead. It would be good if the hostel considered changing them out in the future.

Really love the night shift gal at the desk! She made my stay! For a hostile this is a really nice place, my only complaints are the beds are very uncomfortable and there’s no milk for tea or coffee in the morning.

The room was not meant for human stay. The room 14 at this hostel was disgusting Smelled like it has not been cleaned in years? Potatoea and other food were left on the floor. No ventilation and I felt like puking the entire night due to the horrendous smell. I could complain to health canada abd this is wrong my furst stay with Hotelscom is the worst experience

Ok for cheap last minute overnight stay and friendly staff on arrival. The whole building stinks absolutely awful like toilets and stale piss. The bed in private room was very uncomfortable and flat hard pillow. You have to pay for towels and there’s no other way to dry your hands in bathroom without paying for a towel. Downstairs area and Kitchen and dining area is very dark. Free breakfast provided but no fresh milk for coffee - only powdered.
