Showers were much better than expected. Maybe I just had good roommates, but the room was quiet and felt safe. Never saw or heard from the people in my room, only once I was out and about.

Breakfast, dinner, and drinks are provided, and the staff are very friendly. However, there are quite a few homeless people in the area, which can make you feel a bit unsafe.
