Frustration TV

Was nice except you expect the TV to work correctly! Had to get up to point the remote to back of TV to change channel. Said they would move us to another room. Was late we were already un pack and that was after they worked on it for a half hour. Said they would send some one up the next day. It worked in the morning for the short time we were there. Then shut it off and when turned on didn’t work right again. Frustrating for sure!

Great Victoria experience

Stayed for almost 2 weeks and I experienced a great service by all staff members, specially Front Desk team. I visited Victoria to help my son settled down and Holiday Inn Elk Lake was probably one of the best choices I made, extremely well communicated/located, easy access.
