Property has beautiful views and lots of great outdoor space. Hot tub is nice but a sauna would have been nice. The restaurant is a little pricey but great food. Rooms were clean and comfortable but pretty basic. Make sure to ask for a room on the harbour side as we got a room on the other side and it was disappointing

The hotel’s location is great and our harbour view was fantastic. The service in the hotel’s restaurant was so good—they couldn’t have been friendlier. The only complaint worth mentioning is the ridiculous (in our opinion) price for parking. We really enjoyed our stay.

Room was well appointed not small . Plenty of room. Two very comfortable chairs and table by the window to enjoy the wonderful view of the inner harbour, parliament buildings, empress hotel. At night it was magical. Walkway along the harbour goes for miles.

This is a difficult review to write because 95% of our experience was fantastic. For couples, I would recommend it without hesitation. However, for families, I must share an issue that made us feel unsafe. When our three-year-old was having a tough time settling down, a neighbor began hammering on our door, creating a very intimidating situation. After he complained to the front desk, the night manager came to our room. He didn't ask our side of the story, but just instructed us that we "have to be quiet." We were, of course, already trying our best to do just that. The feeling of being unsafe from the neighbor, combined with the manager's unhelpful interruptions while we were trying to parent, was deeply frustrating. He sided with the aggressor and left our family feeling vulnerable and unsupported.

Good! Nice view, great gym, clean

We came to Victoria somewhat last minute, so booked this hotel, it was very expensive, but maybe that’s because we booked it last minute. Very clean, there’s a beautiful view and a large place to walk out and have coffee by the water, it’s close to downtown you just have to cross over a bridge about maybe 11 or 12 minutes walk, nice friendly staff, the restaurant was just OK, beautiful views. The food was decent but took a little while, but it’s OK. I just wouldn’t eat there again. It’s convenient if you don’t wanna walk downtown, however. So I would say rooms are clean, but there’s not much to do in the hotel itself aside from that restaurant and a very nice gym and pool. It’s good. It just is incredibly expensive.

This was a truly outstanding experience. The front end staff were friendly, informative and professional. The flavouring for the water that was provided was a very nice touch. The room was spacious with well thought out lighting, being able to open a window for fresh ocean air and to hear the birds was relaxing. Short walk across the bridge you find many shops and restaurants making this property very convenient. Thank you for a beautiful stay.
