Great economic stay

Fun, updated rooms, which were very clean and really nice staff. Small pool and the hot tub isn’t the best but we still enjoyed the amenities and the sauna was a nice treat!

love the concept and the rooms are funky ... yes it distracts from the rooms being on the small side, but everything is clean and organized... sound proofing not as ideal as I was woken up a few times with other guests walking outside and getting out/in from their rooms... nice touch with freshly ground coffee for the french press in the room

We had a blast and will be back. Hotel staff was wonderful. The renos are beautiful and fun. The pool, waterslide and hot tub were perfect for our kiddos.

Exceptionally clean room, terrific staff communications, nicely decorated and renovated room, albeit basic amenities. One concern is that 4 days later I have yet to see the hold on my CC reimbursed. I have been told it has been processed but I have never seen a delay like that in my lifetime of staying in hotels.

This was our first stay at Hotel Zed Victoria. The staff was great at check in and we were welcomed into our suite over an hour early which was great! The kids loved the pool and water slide! We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was spacious and very comfortable. However! We were very very disappointed over the fact that our room was directly OVER the pool and there was absolutely no noise cancelation. My kids were ready for bed by 8:30/9:00 and the yelling, playing, splashing was as loud in our room as if we were actually at the pool. Our patio door was level and very close with the outside top of the slide so constantly hearing people yelling to eachother and banging on the slide. I will say that as soon as the pool closed at 10pm is was immediately quiet. But if you are a family who wants to sleep BEFORE 10pm definitely request a room FAR from the pool!!
