No complaints except for the pullout bed in the suite I had booked. It was like a mattress cover over springs and was completely un-sleepable. We had to get a cot and then use the seat cushions on the couch to put together a bed that my 2 girls running in the marathon could actually sleep on. Not at all what I expected at a Hilton.

This was a birthday weekend getaway with my Mom. The hotel was perfectly situated only a few blocks to the harbor. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean and the staff was lovely and accommodating. I was surprised and pleased to check in early and grateful the front desk was able to hold my bag at checkout when my flight was delayed and I discovered I had more time to explore Victoria. The staff was quick to respond to our needs and my Mom especially appreciated the breakfast buffet and the fact that Starbucks is right off the lobby.

Excellent Stay

We stayed for the Royal Victoria Marathon. The staff was calm and helpful even though it was very busy. The luggage storage was great, giving us one less thing to think about. The room was impeccably clean and, though there is some traffic noise, was overall quiet and calm.

Very impressed with 'Mer', the day valet; also the person who was there in the evening. Very helpful. However, disappointed that the hotel does not have a shuttle service; would have been a huge plus for dining out, for example.

Comfortable room, well lit, friendly staff, great location. Breakfast buffet was solid, even better because it was included. Would prefer a firmer mattress but that’s my only gripe.
