Thank you very much for your feedback. I am sorry that you were not happy with our cleaning services. We are fully booked on most days and are still under staff. They have a short time in each room but we are trying our best to handle the situation. Regarding the view, only the rooms with harbour view is facing the waterfront and the normal rooms are just city views. It depends on the type of room you book with the hotel because the prices are different. If you decide to come back to our hotel make sure to book the harbour facing rooms.
