Harborview was nice. Harbor Air take off and landings were nice to watch.. Pool, hot tub and exercise room were nice to have..

This is a great location on Victoria's inner harbor. The city sights are within walking distance. Otherwise, the hotel is chaotic. I repeatedly asked to talk to the manager. Many days later, I have not been contacted. Especially poor is the restaurant. They had lineups and neglected to seat people. They issued charges on our account that never occurred. Also, research the ownership, APA Group, before you stay.

Nice hotel right on the outer harbour in Victoria BC. Staff very friendly and room clean. Nice balcony to sit and view the Harbour. Close walking to lots of restaurants, shops shuttles and downtown Room quite with door closed. Have not received my deposit back on room after week.

From the moment we arrived the staff went above/beyond to ensure we had a positive experience. They were extra friendly, helpful and of so professional from shuttle driver, to front desk staff to everyone in the restaurant/bar. The room was comfortable n' modern with chic décor and eco-friendly. Heated toilet was a nice touch and wonderful surprise as were the 'take home" house slippers. Didn't specify room with a view but what we saw from our balcony of the harbor was pretty spectacular. Dined in-house the first night and was delighted with options. Ordered several "small plates" to share and found portions ample with only the freshest local ingredients and almost too pretty to eat. Kudos to the chef! Second night went to the comp Manager's Reception in the bar and found that to be a meal in itself. Again, another unexpected surprise to our stay. Can't say enough about the shuttle drivers. What a treat getting free rides to local sights. Not only were the drivers super friendly but they were a wealth of information but they were always prompt and on-time. Would have given EXCELLENT ratings in all areas but who ever cleaned our room left some long hairs in the bath tub? This was a first time experience with Coast hotels and won't be my last. Looking forward to using this group again in the near future.

Room was large with sofa, desk and good chair, dresser, end tables and lamps, refrigerator, micro wave upon request, hot pot etc. Bathroom had a fancy toilet and tub/shower.Staff was friendly, polite and professional. We had a car but they offered a free shuttle around town.

Got to see the wonderful holiday lighting of the marina an downtown Victoria.

The Coast Hotel made for a delightful weekend getaway.

Everything was good, remodeling, but it didn't directly affect me. Handicap room made it difficult to use the bathroom.

I was very busy while I was their, I leave in the morning then com back by 9 or 10pm. I really have fun staying their.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Coast Victoria Harbourside. The location was walkable to the downtown. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with really nice Earth products in the bathroom. We had a view of the harbor and the ocean from the seventh floor. We ate in the bar area both nights we were there because of the great food, view and service. We would definitely stay there again.

Great all round hotel. Friendly efficient staff. Great food and service in the Blue Crab with excellent views of Victoria's Inner Harbour. Fabulous location.

We stayed here two nights and we were surprised how nice this hotel was for the price in a city the size of Victoria BC! We chose a Deluxe King Harbor View Room. It had a great view of the harbor with a sliding glass door and small balcony. It was a very comfortable room. The bathroom was slightly dated with tile and large grout lines and something like corian counter top but it was clean and the price was awesome for the location and view. You are just 1-5 minutes from all the downtown hot spots. We left here to go to the city of Vancouver for 2 nights and wished we had stayed here another 2 nights instead, its a very peaceful place to stay.

The beds were small and hard, but the view and the pool were very nice. I booked an online deal because it was so reasonable, but online customers must pay an additional $15 per night to park in the hotel's garage. Other than that it was an uncomplicated stay. Their indoor-outdoor heated pool is their best feature. If not for that, stay at the Accent Inn on Blanshard.

Room was comfortable & bed was great. Nice view of the harbor. Block from Fisherman wharf, and an easy walk into town. If you do not want to walk, water taxi fun to ride & they pick you up at the dock by the hotel.

Had a ocean view king room and was very nice. The room was clean and had ask the necessities. The bed was a little uncomfortable and extremely soft, but everything else was great.

Very comfortable hotel. The room was affordable and had all the toiletries you could need. The location was close enough for us to walk downtown (maybe a fifteen-twenty minute walk). My only dislike was the daily charge for parking.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staffs are friendly and willing to help. We had 2 queen beds room. Our room was clean and comfortable with partial city view and ocean view. The hotel is located next to the boardwalk. We walked along the boardwalk to town for dinner. It was a pleasant easy walk. Overall, we are happy with our stay.

Good location and very good staff. Ordinary room.

everything was excellent just the internet little slow and the singles bed a little small but was no bad there all , i love the hotel and the location can not be better, thank you
