Great location and renovated hotel. Not a lot of amenities but if you want to be close to the harbour, restaurants and a nice place to sleep, this is a wonderful option.

Nice but small

Hotel is very central to all to do in Victoria. Parking was close at additional fee. The Sticky Wicket restaurant is more like a bar which had smokers outside and drug users in back alley. The room was updated and new and clean but small. AC unit in window was challenging to use but worked very well.

The hotel was downtown on a busy street with a few sketchy people around but inside was clean and relatively quiet. Parking was a few blocks away so less convenient but also less expensive than other hotels

We booked a King Suite and it was on the 5th floor with a nice view, lovely bedroom, new bathroom, and a nice living room area. The staff was friendly and efficient. I would stay there again!
