We arrived on the morning clipper from Seattle and the hotel stored our bags free of charge until check in at 4pm. This allowed us to explore Victoria right off the bat! At the end of our stay, the staff once again stored our bags until we needed to go on the evening clipper ride. The staff was very nice and even checked in on us a few hours after we checked into our room!

Very pleasant stay! The 3 very cheerful young ladies at reception - Anjo, Elvie, & Malohat were incredibly welcoming and genuinely engaged in providing great customer service. Anjo went above and beyond in handling a request. The room decor was current, cozy and comfortable. Great location with a multitude of restaurants and restaurants both in house and close by.
