I liked the location of the hotel, it is clean, close to the islands and attractions. There is coffee, tea and water for free. There is an iron, kettle and coffee machine in the room.

Mix feeling

Good experience with the check in, friendly staff at the reception. Fridge was leaking, response was good, but replacement fridge did not fit so was left sticking full out, was told this would be fix the next day, never was. Bathroom, old, some mold or dark spot on the walls, the other walls you can see drywall patches , not really inventing.

Great location and very clean

Hotel staff were beyond helpful and friendly. Hotel is in great location across from the harbour with lots of parking, never an issue finding a spot even on long weekend. Pool and hot tub looked very clean. Poop did not open until 10am which was disappointing. Hotel is very dated but hotel staff work very hard in keeping it clean and maintained. Would stay here again without hesitation

Perfect location without premium price!

Loved this hotel. Easy walk to downtown. I would certainly stay here again. My only complaint is the potentially hazardous step up into the bathrooms in the rooms. Great location and fun bar/restaurant on site.

This was a perfect place for us to view the harbour and walk all around Victoria Harbour, ferries, parliament buildings, shops, restaurants, grocery, fishermen’s wharf, cruise ship area and more! Keurig, kettle, larger fridge, pool, hot tub, harbour view (if chosen on booking), older bathroom, older hallway, no a/c - big floor fan, nice staff. Perfect for us. We walked lots during our 4 day stay. The hallways are older and had old person smell (hence the 4 star on property) but the room was perfect for us. Watching the harbour, day and night.

Great property for the value or just a place to sleep, but definitely an older property and it shows. There was no AC, the bathroom was so small, with a step up and I’d hardly say they have a kitchenette. You’re cooking in the entry door. It’s all usable but definitely nothing amazing and it’s very old and dated. The best part of the property was the location and amazing staff! One note - parking is very limited so plan accordingly if you need to find street parking.
