The room and hallway both showed their age but were very clean and well kept. Elevator was extremely small.

We stayed for 5 nights. The hotel was great! The room was clean and updated. It had a kitchenette. The hotel is in a beautiful location, right at the harbour. Parking was free and on site. We’d definitely go back if we travel to Victoria again!

Great location! The elevator feels unsafe to use. Flush in the toilet is very slow. Some front desk agents are not approachable.

The staff were very friendly and generally helpful, but this place is over priced and lacks in many ways. The elevator is tiny and comes to a crash landing at every stop. Room was small, bathroom ridiculous where anyone of size would have a hard time squeezing in to sit on the pot. Zero counter space and shower is also too small. Kitchenette also followed the theme of being undersized and not worth the extra. Parking lot is adequate but guess what, spots are slim and every park is a major maneuver and you have to wiggle out of your vehicle sideways. Room wasn’t made up after first day and apparently you have to request that service? This was not mentioned at check in and there was no indication of this anywhere in our room. After calling the front desk, a kind man did come and make the beds, bring fresh towels and said there should have been a document there to inform about needing to request room make up, which there wasn’t. All in all, not an enjoyable stay unfortunately… and pricey. Would not recommend, sorry!

Staff are all very friendly; room was clean however for a deluxe unit it was cramped; difficulty seeing the keypad on the safe which was located in the closet, lighting was inadequate; housekeeping service is offered every third day however we received service on the day after checking in with no other service for the remainder of our stay which was from Monday to Saturday. Belleville's , the hotel restaurant was good, excellent coffee, friendly staff.

This motel is in rough shape. It looks and feels dirty, the room was not particularly clean, it feels more like a roadside motel than what you’d expect to find in that area of Victoria. The location is great in terms of walkability, but the pub downstairs was quite loud. All of the staff were very lovely though. I don’t think I’d stay again given the price. I’d say it’s more of an $80/night value…
