The reception was so friendly and kind!! We entered our room and realized they upgraded us to an upper floor sweet! The room was so clean, comfortable and perfect! What a lovely Hotel!!

Rooms are clean, some minor water damage in the bathroom that looked painted over. Great location but sadly the pool and spa was down for annual maintenance. Room could hear traffic noises that woke me up a few times. Will come back again.

We were really pleased to be upgraded to the King bed and suite room which was clean, spacious and quiet. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and helpful. Great place to stay in the heart of Victoria.

Location of hotel is great as it is a 5 minute walk to inner harbour and all the attractions. Room was quiet and clean but could do with a renovation. Nice that there is an indoor pool and a restaurant on site.

We love Royal Scots. The rooms are great and the service is excellent. they have a great pool and hot tub. game rooms a library and a laundry and walking distance to everything wonderful in Victoria. They also have a shuttle service to help you get around town. If you are driving Parking is convenient and you are very close (minutes) to the ferry to Port Angeles.
