The room was great and looked designy. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

As advertised - loved our balcony to relax w idyllic Ocean & Mauna Kea views, inc picture perfect sunsets, comfortable lounge chairs at pools and at the white sand beach. We enjoyed staying in unit 4G. The condo had 3 bedrooms. One had a king-sized bed. The second room had a queen bed, and the third bedroom on the 1st floor had two twin beds. Each had its own bathroom. There was also a laundry room in the condo. The kitchen was well equipped with a drip coffee maker, ...

The condo we had was convenient, clean, and we were allowed to use the garage. Inside was a bit in need of a refresh, but was ok. Did not use the pool or courts.

Exceptional resort.

This was a very special Christmas treat! The hotel is spectacular at Christmas and we had the best stay!

Condo was very nice.

This property was due for renovations about 3 years ago but the pandemic hit. They are planning a huge renovation now and you can tell they are in the recovery phase of the pandemic. We love this resort but could tell the pandemic hurt them.

We were pleasantly surprised how nice, clean, spacious, and well equipped Holua Resort is. We enjoyed everything about our property. It was a short stay and we are looking forward for another longer stay the next time.

Staff was courteous and professional

Beautiful location and room overlooking the ocean. Construction ongoing to renovate but not much inconvenience. Lunch was disappointing at the restaurant but the views were spectacular. Bell service was slow.

Shopping, activities, dining options are walking distance from the property. I had a great time with family.

Great place to stay with family. Clean and accommodations were great. Only minor issue was the garage was bit too small for our minivan but we parked outside which worked out better. We also frequented a market nearby which was great. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable, clean condominium. The kitchen is well equipped. There is beach equipment for a day at the beach along with beach towels. Condo is walkable to great shopping, affordable Gourmet Market that has anything & everything, coffee house, restaurants, beautiful pool/spa and beach access ...

The place was well equipped, had spacious rooms & the layout worked well for our family of 5. The resort has a stunning view.

We loved our time at Paniolo Greens. Even before renovations (which are planned) it’s very nice, clean, and homey feeling.

We stayed at Kona Reef condo B33 and we could not have been happier. Its on the top floor and we had a perfect little view of a bit of a park/beach right outside. Management will downgrade your room if it serves what they want to do for other higher-paying guests. Stay elsewhere.

Fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs and cooler bag was provided as well.

The courtesy of the staff. Hot spa! Very clean. Even the guest's were friendly probably because of the nice staff. I should have mentioned the microwave may not spin completely. It still git our dinner hot.
