Our room was a little outdated. But overl nice stay. Liked that there was a BBQ on the lanai. It was cheaper to eat at the place. Dislike is the pool area closed at 8pm. Redicoulous!!!

Lovely property but the unit was comfortable but needed an upgrade old furnishings not enough dishes only single serve coffee maker We had ancestry but with a small investment the unit could be so much nicer

The Fairmont Orchid is absolutely gorgeous! I love the fact that it had its own private beach, where you can snorkel, paddle-board, go kayaking or go out on an outrigger. Great place for a family

This property was due for renovations about 3 years ago but the pandemic hit. They are planning a huge renovation now and you can tell they are in the recovery phase of the pandemic. We love this resort but could tell the pandemic hurt them.

Great service and location.

Property is gorgeous! Rooms are little dated but comfortable! Resort facilities are excellent, very expensive but there if you need them. Staff is great!, housekeeping is mediocre! Overall-Property is highly recommended!

Very nice stay. Property is being updated but even in the unit as is we had everything we needed. So nice to have a quiet home base. The AC was awesome. We had to turn it off one night and we are used to cold bedrooms. Some units may be a bit of a walk- we were in building 14 and the walk was very ...

Loved our hotel. Only thing was there is music playing from town on the weekends late at night. But I was so tired from our beach adventures I went right to sleep. The AC was perfect. Will be staying here again for sure!

Amazing property and centrally located

Hotel can use some updating. And power washing! Bathrooms need updated. Service was excelllent and food and drinks good.

Great place to stay with family. Clean and accommodations were great. Only minor issue was the garage was bit too small for our minivan but we parked outside which worked out better. We also frequented a market nearby which was great. Highly recommend.

Very nice place to stay with nearby market. It was quite safe to stay. Staffs were wonderful for late check-in. I'll visit again when going to Big Island. Mahalo

Like: Large/spacious condo. good snorkeling bay nearby, 3 pools, ocean view, covered parking. pickle ball. well kept property and grounds. Most stuff was labeled in condo. Cable and internet TV. Management will downgrade your room if it serves what they want to do for other higher-paying guests. Stay elsewhere.

It would be nice to have a porter overnight in case of emergency or sometching like that. There was no one there when I arriever and I was struggling with finding my accomodation, and no one to help

The location was good and overall the studio was not had. However we had some issues with the washer and dryer.
