Beautiful resort. We enjoyed our stay.

Good room for families.

The layout was amazing. It was clean but not super clean. The kitchen had very basic items, we had to go buy a spatula as there wasn’t one in the condo. Don’t forget to bring all your own spices, even salt and pepper.

Excellent property and staff. Food was mediocre at best.

Such a beautiful place to stay! Walking into the hotel and seeing the blue Pacific Ocean right in front of you was breathtaking. The hotel had gorgeous gardens all around the property. Upon check-in I learned that booking through Expedia cancels any benefits of a Bonvoy member (breakfasts, upgrades, etc). The hotel was not very helpful and dismissed the issue, Expedia support was worthless and never responded. I would never use Expedia again for a Marriott, or other major brand, ...

I do not typically write reviews but this property warranted it and not in a good way. The property is massive. The rooms were very spacious, but the furniture is kind of outdated in the TVs were really small, but it’s great if you have a big family or a lot of people traveling with you

From the start we had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They do ask about the timeshare offering, but aren't overly pushy about it. Stayed there with the expectation of an amazing getaway with the wife. Upon arrival was greeted by very rude front desk staff. Condescending and sarcastic. Clean house friendly staff

Hotel was nice. There were a lot of amenities. Unlike any other vacation places, Hawaii is expensive, so plan accordingly with food and activities. I highly recommend this place. They were awesome.

Great place to stay with family. Clean and accommodations were great. Only minor issue was the garage was bit too small for our minivan but we parked outside which worked out better. We also frequented a market nearby which was great. Highly recommend.

We loved our ocean and pool view lanai! We would have preferred the ocean pool was the “quiet” pool (there are three pools on the property), and the “quiet” pool is next to the pickleball courts. Within just a few days of our visit we were informed of an additional fee per night for A/C if requested. ...

Wverything was great. There was salt and pepper for cooking. All that was missing that could of been useful was some cooking oil. But the place was beautiful, and very clean.

We stayed at Kona Reef condo B33 and we could not have been happier. Its on the top floor and we had a perfect little view of a bit of a park/beach right outside.
