Just perfect

The kitchen in our unit came equipped with everything we needed for cooking; it also had its own barbecue grill which was great for dinners in. The property is well laid out, parking is convenient to the unit and the whole resort feels very high end for an affordable family stay.

I thought the property was very well kept. My only complaints were the pool. It was rather chilly especially as some of the days we were there were windy. Also, we did come to this resort for our honeymoon and did mention this to the front desk during check in and there wasn’t an acknowledgement ...

Property was amazing and the staff was second to none.

Beautiful, clean room close to the pool. Amazingly high ceilings. Wonderful interactions with the staff. I can’t wait to go back!

Check in was the worst! Arrived in the evening and although the front desk clerk tried to give directions to the building/room it was impossible to find. Very POOR lighting so bad I fell on the walkway! The room was clean and spacious Cute sign instructing to remove shoes but the carpet had nails ...

The ac was great an the restaurant was awesome

Fully equipped property, everything worked, quiet despite near-downtown location, pleasant landscaping.

Clean rooms. Super friendly staff. Breakfast super delicious.

Great place to stay with family. Clean and accommodations were great. Only minor issue was the garage was bit too small for our minivan but we parked outside which worked out better. We also frequented a market nearby which was great. Highly recommend.

Good clean spacious living. Shower was broken, but management addressed that. Relatively affordable for Waikoloa.

Management will downgrade your room if it serves what they want to do for other higher-paying guests. Stay elsewhere.

The condo was dated. 2” Ceramic tile counters kitchen and bath. Wall to wall carpet dirty. Old kitchen appliances. Limited kitchen ware. Expect to bring everything, salt, plastic wrap, supplies. Wasn't able to use the hot tub or the "quiet pool." Rooms were outdated and mattress in our room were really old. Curtains needed to be cleaned bad and had stains all over them. Great location close to Kailua-Kona. Amazing views of the ocean. The common area with pool and bbq was very well done. Enjoyed watching sunsets every night and coffee on the lanai every morning.
