We loved our stay here. The condo had all the beach gear and view from the balcony was outstanding.
I liked that we had two decks, the place was very spacious and comfortable. The only thing is I wish I would’ve known is that it didn’t have AC.
The location was on a perfect spot it was beautiful overall I just didn’t like that I had to pay extra fees to use the air conditioner
Property was very clean and nice. The only thing we had issue was that we were not told that property has air conditioner, they only mentioned that they will charge $30 per day for using it, which I was fine with it. When we got there they told us that property has no air conditioner, which made our stay hard because It gets so hot in the afternoon that if you want to take a nap it’s impossible.
Loved the stay. Our plane got in late, I called office to let them know I would be late. The number they gave me to call went to voicemail. It was hard to find someone to finally check us in. Check-in was the only complaint I had
The location was great the condo had a lot of extras as in ice chest, games, toys for the kids, lawn chairs the appliances in the condo didn’t work very well ie: dryer (took hours to dry) stove was electric and not all burners worked well. Balcony patio had rusted broken bars that raised a concern due to young children in our group they would fit through the opening (2rd floor). Another patio had a broken patio screen where it was impossible to remove with out taking it off.

The living area is very spacious and nice view. They have a 3 nice pool, the staff in the area is friendly. The only thing there’s no a/c and window opening was low and no breeze was coming in which it didn’t help. It was too hot and ceiling fan was not working right. I had to buy a/c. Half of stove top was not working properly. Other than that the place was okay.
The condo could use some serious updating, but we liked it well enough. There were some cockroaches but I could tell that they had sprayed before we got there so that's just part of staying in a tropical environment. We signed up for Oceanfront and that's what we got. It was a beautiful view and right next to the pool. My complaints would be that the cost to use the air conditioning is over-the-top, and the cleaning cost is ridiculous. They hit you with the cleaning cost after you've left. I did read the other reviews so I was somewhat prepared for it. Also they say that they give you complimentary laundry detergent, Etc, but there was only enough for one small load of towels, and we had to buy our own toilet paper because we ran out 4 days into our 8 day stay. They would not give us anymore because they said our condo was privately owned. However that was never communicated to us and we always went through kanaloa at Kona by Outrigger.
Condo was spacious, perfect location for pool, beach, downtown, and airport. Great price when coupled with flight.
We had a fabulous oceanfront condo, so couldn't ask for a more perfect setting. Convenient location South of Kailua Kona. Condo was very tastefully decorated and week equipped with everything we needed. Only drawback was a cleaning fee that we were not informed of when booking. Highly recommended otherwise.

Road signage is non-existent so it was difficult to find upon arrival. Good value for money. Resort consists of 4 condo units per building; we had very heavy-footed neighbors the first few days and noisy ones next door. Unit was very comfortable w/lots of room and updated amenities. Needs refurbishing; dirty and worn carpet in dining area. No air conditioning; only fans. Some units have AC so request it. Also ask for pest control. Lots of tiny ants because of outdoor foliage. Staff is responsive.
We absolutely enjoyed our week stay at this resort! The unit was very nice (a little dated)...the staff was so very pleasant and helpful. We did not use the pool or tennis courts because we were too busy going to other sites on the island.

Condo was very spacious and comfortable. Fantastic view, right on the water. Only detractor was carrying suitcases up to the second floor, may be an issue for some but was well worth the perch overlooking the Pacific. Great sunsets from the room.
A 9 day visit. Place is at end of residential road and isolated. You can not walk anywhere off compound. Great bedroom with K bed, great modern bath, sad kitchen with marginal appliances, no useful dinning area and large living room. 2 Lanai: 1 off bedroom looks at garage, 1 off front looks at distant fairway and other condos. (No views of anything) Housekeeping every 3rd day has been discontinued. Gated but gate is always open. Everything is several miles away. Buildings are very close, almost urban setting. 3 nice pools and great staff.
My family and I had a great time during our visit. The room/condo was clean and very nice. The staff was friendly and we would recommend this business to anyone.

Each condo is individually decorated and features a kitchen and a lanai, and there's space to spread out with a dining area and a sitting area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a 32-inch flat-screen TV with cable channels. The bathroom offers hair dryers and free toiletries.
