IRONMAN® vacations in Galvenston, TX

I am e budget traveler. I look for value. That means that sometimes I get a great deal and other times I don't. This was a mixed bag. The receptionist was great. The room was older. There was a big bug in my room, but hey, this is Texas and that will happen. It's no longer in that room.

Rooms were nice size and interior was good. The elevator were a long way for the North tower.

Really an awesome location but the absolute highlight is the incredible staff. Just made everything an absolute pleasure and you’re just a short couple blocks to the very lively Strand which was a lot of fun. This was our first trip to Galveston and I wouldn’t consider anywhere else.

Everybody and everything was impeccable.

Our room was clean and beautifully decorated, and organized. The host and inn keeper were super friendly, they made delicious breakfast. The pool came in clutch, it was clean and heated. The view is beautiful. The room was perfect with plenty of space and a large balcony. There are only 2 elevators at the front of the property. Only stair access where the villas are, we definitely got our steps in! 😩 Amazing location with a semi private beach, loved it!

Room was clean. Breakfast was fresh nicely cooked. Staff was friendly. But buildings and rooms were a bit outdated.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, good quick and easy breakfast for the kiddos. Walking distance to good lunch and dinner options.

Breakfast was one of the best I've had at a Hotel. We intend to stay here from now on when we visit Galveston. Kroger is next door, and the beach is right across the street. The room was clean and comfortable.

We loved staying here! Great hotel in a perfect location! Walking distance from the beach and very pet-friendly! I definitely recommend staying in a room with a balcony.

Good spot and easy beach access

Had a long wait to check in. No one was there to help

Check in was slow. The room wasn’t clean or properly stocked with towels and things. Hotel was noisy. Unexpected $50 charge upon check in.

Bed was so uncomfortable and not much of a breakfast selection but staff were friendly and hotel and rooms were clean.

Right across the street from the beach and near a great beachside restaurant. Really enjoyed the relaxed vibe. The breakfast was basic but helped get me on my way. Exceeded my expectations!

TV didn't work in the room and there was mold or mildew growing on one of the plug outlets.

Staff was very good. Very limited parking. Cleanliness was acceptable but good have been better

I did not get the room I reserved. The elevator didn’t work for over an hour. We had no blankets or towels and when we asked for them the staff were very rude. Property was dirty. Definitely nothing like the pictures indicate. The breakfast was terrible and when another customer mentioned the juice ...

Room was dirty, after the switched out room type, had To us the sofa pull out bed, found an apple in the frame, under mattress was crumbs, dirt sand. Just nasty. I need a refund
