This hotel was just right. The room was nice. Breakfast eggs were delicious. There was plenty of shaded parking. We were right by the cinema and restaurants.
Liked everything about this property had never made a reservation close to the beach but it was very convenient. Loved everything. Will be back soon :)

No onsite maintenance
A couple of things. There seemed to be a lot of things in need of repair on the property. The door handle to the balcony was hanging loose in my room. My daughter's room , the shower nozzle was hanging. My husband also killed two small roaches that evening in the room. The good was, it was affordable and also close to the beach.
Front desk sent me to room 301 that my key worked and room was already occupied by another guest. No manager on duty until following morning and front desk attendant was Very unhelpful. Will never stay in this DUMP again!!

needs alot of work ton of repairs newwto be done.Maintenance man had to fix the plumbing while we were there. We to fight the bug Maintenance brought us the can of bug spray. Staff was nice and did thier best.
Clean, roomy
Best experience I've ever had in a hotel. Came into town for a cruise and stayed here for a night. My plane landed early so me and my family showed up a few hours early and they gladly held my luggage for me while we walked the beautiful beach across the street waiting on our room to be ready then let us check in a little early. My son was obsessed with their hot tub and they even turned on the jets and cranked up the heat for us! I've never felt more welcome in a hotel. 12/10 would book again
Very clean
Saw numerous bugs throughout the hall and room. Floor was very slippery and oily walking in the room.
I got locked out of my room multiple times, the elevator is rough, its dirty and i saw multiple dead cockroaches everywhere and the breakfast was super basic and didnt offer nothing if nutrients. I have stayed in many hotels in galveston and id never recommend this one to anyone
Our shower ran cold the entire time. Took a cold shower before my conference saturday night and then didnt take one sunday because of it. Sad
