Oh boy I don’t know where to start. This hotel is very ran down and need renovation. Checkin wasn’t too bad and the front desk was nice to us. The elevator was old but it got us to our floor. When we got to our room there was something brown smeared on the door, I can only hope was mud. When we entered our room it had a very strong smell on beer but the room was a clean from what we could see. We were going to use the mini fridge but when we opened it there was something in it like someone had spilled something and it was never cleaned. After seeing that I wouldn’t dare open or use the microwave. The bed was hard and uncomfortable (for me) but the sheets were clean. Hey if you’re just looking for a hotel that is across the street from the beach for a decent price then this is the place for you. Also it is next to Viet Cajun a must try, their food was excellent.
I didn't like upon arrival the clerk was rude room wasn't ready had to come back clerk didn't care to accommodate me I ask what should I do she told me to come back I asked were there any other rooms available she said yes but since I didn't booked that room I had to wait until housekeeping finish I don't like it check in time 4 pm
Hotel was very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Loved being across from the beach. The day we was there had been 35 years that I was last in Texas it is so Beautiful there. Thank you for y'all's hospitality.

There were roaches or water bugs , im not sure which ones & the whole hotel smelled like 9 day old wet mildew towels. The location was perfect right along the beach , the only problem was the wet smell and bugs ….
This property is far from the many things Galveston has to offer. It’s “beach view” consisted of a dirty lot, and about a four inch by six inch section of actual beach view between buildings. It also had many electrical wires to try and look through. The breakfast was bread, packaged oatmeal, two cereal choices, waffle maker, and a yogurt dispensing machine. The coffee machines were broken so that wasn’t an option either.
It would be nicer if the hotel could be renovated.
I love that I can walk across the street to enjoy the ocean.
Staff customer service was great! However tub had rust inside which was unacceptable. Manager explained by booking room late no good room were available. I was put into another room. Now in the new room Fire alarm woke everybody up at 5am and manager said it was fixed but no fire. Tried calling front desk about the loud alarm but someone kept hanging up soon as soon as I said hello. I called twice. Everyone on the 3rd floor was in the hallway waiting to see if we need to evacuate. One thing I admired was when I checked in at 4pm they had the most polite hotel clerks in front. I just wish the hotel matched their personality.
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Check in and check out was quick. Would definitely stay here again!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Hot Tub Was Nice. BED BUGS & Unclean Rooms....AVOID AT ALL COST.
Check in was long. Mold around tub. Had to go buy cleaner to sterilize.
