Very nice hotel, clean room, nice little breakfast buffet, parking was not my favorite, having to pay and park in garage around the corner, but overall it was great, Keisha that worked at the breakfast buffet was so very friendly and went out of her way to accommodate everyone.

The room wasn't clean. There was hair in the shower and hair in the bed. Called down for new sheets around 10pm, they bring them up and here I am changing the whole bedding. Front desk said they would email me about it but never did. Will not stay there again.

We stayed here before a cruise and it was perfect! Parking was secure. It was a walkable distance to all we needed. This has probably become our go to stay prior to cruising!

I paid for an ocean-view room and they gave me one on another side of the hotel. They didn’t refund me the price difference that I overpaid. I’m going to file a complaint to see if I can get my money back. The A/C was not working well, and I think the rooms are not very clean. The breakfast was poor; by 8:30 a.m. they had already run out of milk and pancakes, and only one of the machines to make them was working. The elevator was not clean and the smell was very unpleasant.
