It is important for me to feel safe and cared for. The San Louis Resourt took care of me from the first minute I entered the lobby. The Registration specialist, Van, immediately made me feel welcome, showed me the facilities, discussed the restaurants, answered all my questions, and later she took excellent care of my family’s needs. We loved how all staff provided an excellent service. The hotel had live music and the food was excellent. The staff kindness and courtesy was awesome. Since we arrived they provided water and even for our return. The room was always cleaned. Thank you to Steve, Kevin, Scott and Alivia and as well the receptionist were all respectful and kind. We definitely will return back. The stay was excellent and near the beach.

Hotel has remodeling on first floor Room was nice with balcony where we can sit and watch ocean. Bathroom was clean with good shower. Dining options are good as well. It was a little inconvenient with remodeling process and I willing to see new lobby when they done

Love the property it was absolutely amazing greatest staff we’ve ever dealt with and we stayed in a lot of hotels. Well, we didn’t like is the fact that Expedia did not transfer the money effectively to the hotel chain and now we have to fight with Expedia to get the money back, cause they didn’t do their job Not the fault of the hotel at all they were not accommodating and they figured out solutions to make it work, but will be calling Expedia to get a !
