Super!
Concierge service was pathetic I called to ask how much renting a cabin would be and they transferred me and waited for hours I called again nobody seemed to know I finally spoke with somebody and they said they didn’t know I waited and waited On another hand this is supposed to have complementary water there were only two little bottles of water we booked two nights you could’ve been a little more generous on the water Nothing to offer at the front desk no coffee not even for sale we try to purchase coffee and you had been out for two days this is not the type of service a $469 a day hotel has I was expecting luxury I think the Holiday Inn down the street with less than half the price is much more luxurious than this I’m very disappointed
We have a service dog and it was the best place in every aspect, from its own dog park to the amazing restaurants to lounging at the pool in the oversized day beds to walking at the beach. Absolutely phenomenal.
Love the location right across the street from the beach, live the pool and spa, the swim up bar was fun too!!. Quiet at night and the view from our balcony was beautiful
Great pool with swim up bar. Never ran out of towels.
It is right across the street from the beach making it easy to get too. However, if you are handicapped, it is a bit difficult as the place where you are supposed to go to the beach is down a long stairway. The food is exceptional and the gelato station is awesome. Really enjoyed that portion. The staff is really friendly. My only issues other than handicap access to the beach was that the wind whistles through the balcony door and the bed. We brought a fan, so we couldn’t hear the wind when it was going. The bed was very uncomfortable for someone who likes a softer bed. As we were checking out, I mentioned it and they told me that if I had told them, they could have brought a soft topper for us. So I wish I had. I liked that they had that option. So be sure to ask.
LOVE the swim up bar and restaurants had delicious food
The property was fantastic and it had everything you could need on site. The rooms were clean and really comfortable. That poolside bar was amazing. We would definitely come back.
Room was very clean. Heated pool is a big plus
Overall the stay was enjoyable however the a/c didn’t work and there’s a gap under the doors. I’d come back.
The electric mirror/tv in the bathroom did not work asked 2 different employees to let someone know it wasn’t working and it was not looked at during are stay
The resort is beautiful but the two queen beds were horrible. I slept on one queen bed and one side were lower than the the other making it hard to sleep at night. These beds must be real old. Restaurants were great tho. We enjoyed the pool and the drinks.
They were so accommodating. Without any hesitation my luggage was taken care of upon arrival- it was a huge help with 2 littles in tow. The reason we booked was because of the heated pool and bc they allowed dogs! It was all perfect!
Enjoyed our stay. Great views: front and back of hotel. Convenient location. Easy access to the beach. Great pool and surprisingly it was heated. Downside: no microwave in room, a bit tiny footspace inside room, pricy, had to pay for daily parking but they have ample enough space at the back for that. It was worth the experience though.
