First thing was no Handicap Parking, 2nd. was being locked out of our room, due to door locking system, 3rd Over charged at check out, 4th dogs barking and loud mouth people next door, Sleepless Night. This was the worst Hotel we have ever stayed it, We will never go back.

The pool was 90 degree in November making for a great time with the kiddos

The property was beautiful, it definitely made you feel you were staying somewhere very luxurious

Everyone was very warm, professional and accommodating!

Over priced for something so plain. Rooms are tiny, tons of hidden "needs to be fixed" things, frels like they put more effort into the lobby instead of the rest of the hotel. Pool bar is TINY and it's hard to get service. On an up note it's not far from a few good restaurants (walking distance), beach is right there (the water is gross looking. Looks best at night haha), pool bar stays open til midnight, and the bartender Jarid is AWESOME!

It’s nice that there are restaurants right there so you don’t have to leave to eat.

I was expecting something super great. I was disappointed from the moment we checked in. Elevators not working properly, room was dirty mainly the bathroom. The pool was very packed, went to the pool around 8:00 and had to deal with a RAT in a cabana next to us. a couple fighting outside in the garage and cops had to come. It wasn't worth the money!

Outside areas are very nice. My room was dissapointing. A/C to cold or to hot. Small bathroom. Small balcony, but nice view. Called for room service for non decaf k-cups, they just brought shampoo... Finally got the coffee after the issue taking about 40 minutes.

The property was in great location, wait staff at the Cove was The hot tub and swimming pool heating elements were out and the technicians didn't seem to have a contingency plan to get it up and running.

Great location, clean facility, great service, close to great restaurants, right across from the beach, would highly recommend.

This was my 2nd time in Galveston at SLR each time was spot on no surprises 5-star ! They were recommended by many friends living in Galveston and as far away as the next state. I've stayed at every 4-5 star in Galveston, everyone said San Luis is Galveston's best and I agree !

I felt judged by the person checking me in the room. Really negative ! The room was great! The reception staff lousy!

Great service. Good restaurants in hotel. Nice pool. Nice view of the ocean from our room.

Realy nice everithing we like it Thanks gor you great service. God bless you Happy thanksgiving.

Nice hotel, great location. The staff is out of this world. They will treat you like a prince!
