I love the pool, workers constantly onsite cleaning, check-in was easy. I was the breakfast was free , even smaller hotels and motels give free breakfast or at least a lower price.
As far as the property and the room, all good. What I didn’t like was that I had to pay $8/night to park on the property and had to search and wait for a spot whenever I returned from being away because of nonresidents parking to attend events at the convention center next door! I also didn’t like the fact that after hours, I was expecting to have to use my keycard to enter the building but it was always unlocked and open for just Anyone to walk in.(Not happy about that!) On top of that, I’m already spending $200/night to stay here, the least the Hilton could do is have complimentary breakfast! I opted to take my wife to IHOP instead. Besides all of that, it was a nice place to stay being that it was close to Pleasure Pier which was why I booked at the Hilton.
Loved the heated pool and hot tub, very comfortable no matter what the weather is doing
Good hotel for families
This is such a beautiful hotel. All of the staff was so kind and helpful. The pool area has a swim up bar which is fun! We had a room with a beautiful beach view. We are already talking about coming back next year!
Great pool for both kids and adults! great location
Ok
Nice and clean hotel . I would recommend it and really nice staff
Its a dated facility in decor and color scheme, it has popcorn ceiling giving away its age. The bath fixtures are old and donot function well. The metal lamps were rusted. You dont get maid service due to COVID even if you are staying for several days, thats ok, but when we asked for extra towels they were never delivered and next time the housekeeping didnt even bother to answer your phone. Stay at some other place, definitely not what you would expect from Hilton.
Room wasn’t ready for shock in time. The place ok was waaaaay over chlorinated, so much that the hot tube was too full of cloró e fumes to use. The rooms was clean, but not nice, rusted door frames and bathroom fixtures, all lamps had crooked shades, cost was too much for what you get.
Most of the staff was really nice. We arrived almost 3 hours after out designated check in time, and the room was still not ready. The coffee cup lids had coffee on them. The toilet seat had what appeared to be pubic hair on it. The popcorn ceiling was peeling. The balcony chairs had pigeon poop all over them. The lady at the bar was definitely doing some shady accounting. Overall we did not enjoy our stay and will not be returning or recommending this hotel. Ever.
Location location perfect! Upgrade needed.Fee to self park on property.
Front desk is super nice and helpful. The problem with the hotel is that the rooms are filthy and you are charged for everything. They also charge you $8 every day for parking and they charge you $50 up front, which parking is taken out of that. The $50 is in case there are any damages or you order room service. I gave them a bad rating because the rooms are not clean at all. I’m disappointed that I spent almost $500 to stay at a place that wasn’t clean.
Visited with my husband and small children and was a little disappointed that there was no housekeeping during our entire stay because of Covid 19 and we had to call constantly for things like towels and to have trash taken out. The pool was beautiful and my family enjoyed it but it was so hard and such a long wait to order food and beverages by the pool
