This -lace gives free parking and snacks to ppl going on cruises. This makes parking a nightmare. The cruise tourists were loud and rude. The management seems only interested in making money and not the comfort and convenience of its clients. The staff tried to be helpful but, they were never at the desk because they were attending to the cruise passengers. Would not stay here again.

Old outdated rooms

My only positive was the front desk staff, they were friendly and tried to fix my issue. My room had a musty damp smell and there was mold on the curtains. My biggest issue with my room was the shower. The shower handle was broken, it just spun around and around and I think this is the reason it wasn’t producing hot water. I was there for 3 nights and for 3 nights I took cold to luke warm showers. The sink however did have hot water so I started using a cup of hot water from the sink to shower. The breakfast had spots for yogurt, but no yogurt, they had eggs and sausage but only pork options so I had to pass on that as well.
