I would honestly not recommend this property. First off the photos are very deceiving. When originally looking at the photos it seemed very nice, but once arriving I could tell that the photos were edited or that the property has not been taken care of. The property is old which I can understand and deal with, but the area around it is very run down, so I do not think that the price for the property reflects what it should be, when other rentals similar size and price to this are a lot nicer. It also was quite dirty. We have stayed in many other rentals, this was the dirtiest. We found mold under the kitchen sink, heavy dust build up on the windowsills, the bath mat for the shower was dirty as well. The blinds were broken and even with the curtains, you could still kinda see through into the house. All of the AC window units filters needed to be replaced, which the owner did say that they were replaced recently, just not reset. I did reach out to the owners about these issues and they did not seem the care, they said that the house is always cleaned very well, even after I provided photos. I would honestly say choose another house. We were very thrown off because the other reviews seems very positive, but it made it hard to feel like “home away from home” while staying here.
