Amazing downstairs bar with TV and sound system with games for adults and kids! The multiple areas of outdoor living provide stunning views day and night. Kitchen just updated with new cabinets and counters. Expansive breakfast bar provides additional seating for 4 people. Two bedrooms on 1st floor with primary bedroom upstairs complete with private covered deck. Home is perfect for 2 families with 3 queen beds and a set a bunk of beds across the 3 bedrooms. Sleeper sofa located in main living room.
