The check in process was good. The front desk clerk was very friendly. However, the room was clean, but I had some concerns. Our bed sheets and pillows had some stains and there was hair all over the bathroom floor.
The first floor smelled so strongly like mildew/mold that we changed rooms 3 times and ended up on the third floor. Not terrible but that place needs cleaning up big time. Definitely a disappointment to the Holiday Inn standard.
The motel and its staff are absolutely great -- facilities are very well-kept and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Very nice staff, very clean. Large bathroom!!! Even with limited amenities due to COVID it was a pleasant stay. They couldnt do a big breakfast but provided a bag breakfast for the road.
