Room door didn't work and we had to contact the hotel staff. Parking gate code didn't work and we again had to contact staff. We eventually followed someone else in as their code worked. There was hair everywhere. Many different types including a pubic hair on the hand towel. The whole room also had weird dried spots on it. It looked as though a wet dog had been allowed to shake off in the room? All over the end table, luggage rack, walls, etc. Maybe a cleaning spray? (I hope). Staff responses were prompt and polite, but due to difficulty with our code the experience was not nearly as independent as we were hoping for when we booked. Also the hair...

I had a wonderful experience at Redamo Suites. This is my first contactless hotel, but the owners stayed in contact with me via text messages. They checked on me daily to see if I needed anything. The room was cozy, clean, and only 15 minutes or so from the excitement of Bourbon and Canal Streets via Lyft or Uber. This will be my go to place moving forward for my annual New Orleans trip.
