The staff were very helpful and friendly, a great location and very nice hotel, restaurant and bar. All the facilities were very good gym, pool etc Only deducted one star because the rooms service (cleaners) came on several nights at around 6.00pm which is when we were getting showered and ready to go out for the evening

We stayed here for 4 nights. This is a busy hotel in the centre of Amsterdam. Very convenient to visit the main attractions by foot. Our room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Not the quietest, a lot of corridor noise and walking across room from the room above but it was half-term. Housekeeping amazing. Breakfast was fantastic and the breakfast staff need a medal, so accommodating. Lovely bar for after a hard day’s sightseeing. If I had to give one negative it would be that we found it very impersonal.

Room was great and very clean. Bed was great and well maintained. Refrigerator did not work and the ice machine on our floor was broken. Again great place to stay. We lost one day from a change by the airlines and they would not accommodate us. This was done two months before we stayed and they still charged us for the first night. And we had to wait the next day for the room to be cleaned, which means they rented it out. Great place wish they were a little more accommodating!
