Everything was amazing at this hotel. Right in the middle of everything. Everything is in walking distance or you can rent a bike. I chose to go eco and received a bottle of Rose' wine. Everyone was so kind and professional. Absolutely will come back to this hotel.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was highly unsatisfactory for several reasons: 1. A drainage pipe running through or near our room produced constant draining noises throughout the day and night, making it very difficult to rest. 2. Despite our request for housekeeping, the room was not cleaned. The explanation given was that there was “too much workload.” As a family with two children, this lack of service placed an unnecessary burden on us and is unacceptable for a hotel of your standard. 3. On our final night, water leaked from the room above into our room. This resulted in damage to our belongings — our stroller was completely soaked, along with the bag on it and the items inside. We were forced to wake up early to dry everything. At 04:40 a.m., I was already awake due to the incident, and at 05:00 a.m., hotel staff knocked on our door to investigate. This occurred on the morning of our flight, causing great distress to us and our children. This situation was extremely disappointing, and it is regrettable that such issues occurred during our stay. Even more concerning is that, to this day, I have received no response or follow-up from hotel management regarding these serious matters. I expect a prompt and appropriate response to this complaint, including an explanation and compensation for the damages and the discomfort we endured.

Perfect for an overnight trip to Amsterdam, family

Wonderful hotel! Super close to the station so we were able to arrive, check in, drop off our bags and immediately start exploring Amsterdam. Breakfast was superb- highly recommend adding it to the reservation. Maria in the dining hall was so friendly and accommodating.

Convenient to the train station

Dry convenient location to the train station. Checkin was very very slow. No information was give. About the hotel facilities. We could store our bags until checkin. Our room was on level 5 and over looked the canal. If you want a quiet room don’t stay in 509. You will hear protesters chant until 10.30 pm … maybe ask for one the other tower, or one that overlooks the other canal… not toward the station. The bed was super comfortable. Our towels got soaked due to a leak from the sink pipe both days. We reported this at checkout. Probably housekeeping should have done this. There was water all over the floor so it was pretty evident. Also make sure if you have a 20% discount offer on food with hotels.com you remind them at checkin as they won’t apply or offer this unless you monitor this. It’s a nice hotel but very expensive. Nespresso machine was a plus
