Great location ***********************************

Good location, very friendly and informative staff, the hotel is very clean.

spacious room, good breakfast, nice bathroom, great location

Property was ok, but for the price, there are many other properties that are nearby that are much better. One thing that turned me off was the fact that they had painting/construction going on so they had scaffolding up that blocked the view from the rooms. Not my ideal situation. There was a weird smell coming from the hotel/rooms but that could have been the paint. The staff was friendly enough and they allowed me to cancel and get a full refund. if they have cheap offers, i would take it, but the pictures were nothing like the property in person. Next time i am there, i might give NH Hotels another shot since their staff was so great in handling everything. It was also our anniversary, so they had sent a free mini bottle of wine + made a cool towel arrangement. So again, the staff was fantastic and give them 5 stars!

It was quiet and out of the way. Not what I was expecting as I was assuming it would be closer to the Museum Quarter. I was not expecting building works on the outside either, but for the most part it was not a problem.

Breakfast not great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was handy, though street not very attractive.

Nice, quite, good location, nice large rooms. Staff was helpfull and accomodating.

Nice hotel a short walk to Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum, and tram. Grocery store about two blocks away. Hotel was very nice, and the staff was friendly and outstanding. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and plentiful. Our room faced the canal and I loved looking down at the canal and people walking when I woke up during the middle of the night. Good restaurants are located across the canal. Amsterdam is a very friendly city. I loved my six nights at the NH Amsterdam Museum Quarter.

Amazing staff, very helpful. The hotel was clean from top to bottom. We were able to leave our luggage and walk around before our flight. Perfect distance to Van Gogh museum and restaurants. We also walked to the Anne Frank Museum it was about 30 mins. In a great location.

The hotel was nice. The view from our room was beautiful.

Very near the museums and very nice casual restaurants. We took a private 4 hour canal trip from across the street. About 1/2 hour walk to the city center.

walk to the museums, can't beat it (I really don't like being forced to add extraneous words!)

Attentive professional staff. Great location Clean room

We stayed there for two nights. The hotel staffs are very friendly. The location is great too. It is 10min walk to national museum and a supermarket. Within 5min walk, there are lots of restaurants. Room is big and comfort.

I almost did not stay here because of some of the bad reviews. It's a great hotel. Quiet, clean and large rooms( and I just stayed in a standard room can't even imagine how large the suites must be). Tram stop 5 minute walk from the hotel. The housekeepers all did a great job and they were super friendly. Front desk team had fantastic customer service skills. And the little blonde lady that worked in the breakfast buffet could not have done a better job. She was first class. Stayed 5 nights in this hotel and next trip to Amsterdam I will be staying in this hotel again.
