Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 our trip was canceled and the property refuse to refund our money. The only option they gave was to reschedule within a year. However, we all know that the coronavirus is still spreading and we don’t know when a cure is in sight or vaccine. So, unfortunately we were just out of our money. We had two other hotels, a cruise, and two different flight itineraries that all refunded our money because of COVID-19.
Small but nice hotel. The hotel is relatively small. It onky has one tiny elevator. The room is also small. However the location is excellent. Breakfast is also good.
Treat u no patient. They didn't clean the room and replace the towl/shampoo everyday.
Hotel was great, staff was very friendly. The room was a little small (even for Europe standards).
The staff here try extremely hard to accommodate. most services are available including room service until about 23:00. The rooms should include an iron and refrigerator. But again everything else was spectacular !
