I was welcomed by Michele and Osam pretty much with open arms and smiles. Yes the stairwell is steep but for me that was the charm of it and they were more than happy to bring your bags up. Osam showed me around andgave me some good tips and directions on a map. I settled in feeling most welcomed. Breakfast adequate for me and room was perfect size for me, I was travelling with a reasonable size backpack. Nothing was a problem for them and all staff were great and friendly. I had a late train so I could leave my pack there til such time I came back and it was raining and Osam was as adamant to take an umbrella. Right up to time I left I was made so welcomed. When on the train I realised I had misplaced my wallet and they had tried to get hold of me by phone but after an email they found my wallet in the hotel. I will definitely come back and recommend Hotel Nadia to everyone. Close to Dam Square, literally minutes fom Anne Frank house, 15 plus minutes to centraal station. Thanks again Osam Michele and staff

We have a room with a view on the place of the church which was near Anne Franck Museum, a little bit noisy but it was the charm of the room, attractive, we saw the boats on the river. From my side, a very typical hotel, with wonderful employees, and thanks for that. The breakfast was simple, but good, perhaps with ham, it would be perfect A very well located hotel, from the airport we took the sprinter (one stop) and the tramway (17) and we arrived in front of the hotel.

Hotel Nadia is in an amazing location, and given how expensive Amsterdam is it's great value. But the most important thing is that the staff are amazingly welcoming without being intrusive. As I single female travelling for work, it makes all the difference. Don't book if you're expecting enormous ritzy rooms, but if you want somewhere clean, comfortable, welcoming and generally nice to come back to in the evening, I strongly recommend it.

The location is great. Very near Anne Frank House. It's charmingly old fashioned inside, even the 2 flights of narrow and steep stairs that you climb to reception are so charming. My room was also charming, but unbelievably tiny (I had a 1 person room). I literally couldn't open the door all the way. All this wasn't a problem for me too much, but the wifi was miserable. Trying to Skype/Facetime was impossible, even without video and in the lobby. They have about 6 routers, and none of them work worth a darn! The breakfast was also pretty lacking with inadequate seating. I would overlook all of this and give a better rating, until I realized that there are about 6 other hotels in the exact same building! This one is on the corner with the prettiest exterior and views from the breakfast balcony to be sure. But I also stayed a little farther off the canal at the Hotel Clemens , and it had better wifi (still not great in the room), a better breakfast, a larger lobby, much much larger room, and more modern decor (perhaps not quite as charming). It's literally in the same building with essentially the exact same layout 2 flights of stairs and all. So I'd recommend checking out the other hotels in the building before making a decision.

The location of this hotel is perfect and service 24/7 also. The rooms are very small, to the bathroom I went sideways but the biggest problem was the lack of air conditioning, all in all it gives a very uncomfortable condition. The quality of the wi-fi is poor.

The front desk was very accomodation, let me charge my phone, got ice, wine opener, etc., and there 24/7. Room was very small, basically a bed and a bathroom. And 2 sets of narrow stairs to go up and down. But excellent location!

This hotel is situated in a great location for visiting Amsterdam, and was extremely charming. I can't say enough about how amazing the hotel staff was, and how they ensured our stay was enjoyable. Breakfast was included, and had a nice variety of continental fare. The coffee was super, and the selection was great. We had beautiful flowers in our room upon arrival. The stairs were a little steep, but the staff had our luggage in our room before we got there. I highly recommend this location to travelers, and thank you to the staff for all you do!!

Stayed 3 nights in Amsterdam here and it was good enough for what you paid for. The front door stairs may as well have been a ladder but we had the front desk bring our cases up which was nice. Complimentary can of soft drink upon arrival also. Room was cosy but the bathroom small. Bed was lumpy but it was ok for 3 nights. Everytime we left for the day they asked if we wanted them to clean the room which was great! We would return to everything is perfect order everyday! Front was helpful in providing us with a map and suggestions about places to go Will recommend!

The hotel was a very unique and welcoming place. There was a very steep climb to reception but you get offers to take up your luggage and on arrival we were offered a free drink. The room was compact but was ideal for the usage it would get (bed and breakfast). There were tea/coffee making facilities in the room and everything was clean. Breakfast was simple but adequate. We were lucky as we had a double room with a balcony, which gave us a lovely view of the area. Would definitely return to the Hotel Nadia when we go back as it was in an ideal location for most of the museums. I would say though that if you are looking for peace and quiet then maybe a room away from the front of the hotel would be more ideal as the trams regularly go through. This didn't personally bother us at all. Overall we were impressed by our first visit.

Amsterdam is expensive. especially if you want to stay in the heart of all action. Hotel Nadia offers a relatively cheaper option with better location. It is not too crowded but well reached by tram Westermarkt stop and some of the major attractions are just metres away (ie Anne Frank House) theres a big Albert Heijn nearby as well, so its really convinient. the cons however 1/it has a very steep floor with no lift. but good thing, they will ensure you dont need to pick your own luggage. they will help you and your luggage. so im not sure if this is a problem lol 2/i stayed in a single room with no AC during summer. it could be very hot during daytime. they should invest for a better fan. for a better room experience however all those cons outweighed by their punctual service and location (and price as well ofcourse)
