Great location, restaurants, canals, tram stop all right there! We had the 4th floor twin bed - super, super small (+ no elevator). Staff were fantastic though, and despite the TINY room, super comfy beds

Nice friendly hotel

The hotel itself is very good. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was clean and tidy. Room was a little small but it's got what you want if you are mainly going to out during the day and is cleaned every day. Only problem is the nightclub across the street. Not so much music but people standing outside talking till the early hours. It was the only downside. If you can deal with that it's the only downside

There were so many stains on floor, wall, sheets. Room stank when i entered. No adequate darkeninf curtains and this is a area full of nightlife. Towels tiny. No one at check in. Fan extremely dirty. Tissue box empty. Shower had mould. The only nice thing was a tiny cup of tea for free when i asked for it.

The smell in the room was awful. I mean vomit making. There were old blood stains on both the sheet and mattress (which I could see through the sheet). I didn't take me shoes off as floor was filthy. I just can't get past the smell. Making me nauseous now thinking about it.

Unfortunately the stay was not pleasant. Thee room given was dirty, smelly and mouldy and we had a bed bugs. Hotel lack of cleanliness. Mattresses and pillows very very dirty under duvet and covered with stains. Staff was nice and friendly and changed the room from night 2 per our request but we still had bed bugs in second room and ended up bitten again. We are trying to deal now with Expedia re refund but regardless of provided evidence of pictures and videos, we struggle with Expedia to get refund back from the provider. I do not understand that as we provided pictures/videos. I have never been so disappointed. I feel robbed from my money and lied at this point on what Expedia offered and what we had received. Thank you.

Basic but I'd stay again :)

The hotel was basic but nice. Pros: Hotel is in a good location, was clean, housekeeping happened daily, friendly staff, beds were small but ok. Cons: A lot of noise from street below, needed to keep window open as the room was quite warm (there is a fan in the room if needed) Fees that were payable at the hotel wasn't clear on my booking with Hotels.com, was about 20 euros more expense than was told when booked. The hotel doesn't gave a kettle in the room but there is a drinks machine that is free. There is no left but the stairs were fine

This was at best a 2 star hotel. It was very noisy at night due to bars everywhere and it was hot. There was a fan but it wouldn’t be enough in real heat. The room was minuscule with nowhere to put our suitcase except in the window ledge. The plugs were all behind beds and awkward to access. The room needed a refresh. There were no restaurants nearby for breakfast until after 10 am. To be fair, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was good near lots of museums and transportation.
