I stayed in #104. It's tight. Bed was comfortable though I like a firm mattress. If you had two people you would be arguing over who got to use the blanket, it didn't reach side to side. But for me it was enough. You get a private bathroom which was nice, but be ready to do yoga to get around the sink. Very tight bathroom.
Staff was lovely. Location is right at the north end of the red light district, super easy to walk to the train station, and you're sort of central to lots of restaurants and other attractions. I walked all over the downtown core easily and fairly quickly. Grab a bike and you'd get everywhere quickly. If you're used to North American hotels, even small ones, this will be a surprise, but if you've travelled in Asia at all this will be familiar. A little steep in price in my opinion, for what you get, but again, if you want to be in the hub you're there.
It felt clean and though the building has history it's well maintained and the room itself was fairly modern.
