Very central location and very friendly staff. The room that we had for one night was very small and the bathroom was across the hall. It was our own private bathroom but a bit inconvenient. The bathroom was also quite small. Good for solo travellers but for two people it was a bit cramped. Thankfully it was for one night only. Hotel, room and bathroom were clean just very small. Staff were very friendly and very helpful.

The staff was lovely however the hotel room wasn't the cleanest. I understood that it was right next to the canals however there were so many bugs in the room and it freaked me and my daughter out. Thankfully it was just one night and we made it through but we were getting rid of bugs left and right all night.

Clean room but the room we stayed on is very noisy as you can hear the other people going up and down the stairs and chatting loudly especially in the middle of the night. The bathroom area also doesnt have a drainage after the partion of the shower and toilet so after a shower, splashes of water goes to the toilet area which collects near the toilet. The hotel on the other hand is very close to central station and other shops which is very good.

Great location and room was fine overall, but the ceiling light didn't work, so we needed a head torch, neither did the TV, and the shower drain didn't flow, so the wet room floor flooded, nearly flooded the room but stopped showering instead! As the description stated it is a very small room basically only space to sleep but it was worth it for the view over the canal and being so central to everything. As we were out and about most of the days and didn’t stay very long, the small room didn’t bother us. So all in all was happy with my stay!
