The staff were lovely and accommodating. Room was clean but was only cleaned 1 day throughout our 4 day stay but we did not mind. The bathroom was good however the shower architecture was odd as the glass door was not long enough so the water would spray out and flood the bathroom floor. Overall good stay and would stay again 🙂

Sunday evening i was there for more than two hours of effort, including getting Uber from Amsterdam central train station. Location is terrible, (except is near airport-which i had notting to do with it) especially after hours and weekends. Room had no single drawer or wardrobe, literally the single furniture was the bed who was very noisy with every movement. Btw that was the upgraded room, if wasn't upgraded probably i had to sleep on the floor. Also they overcharged me for city taxes, simply was %50 expensive than the original booking confirmation. Won't recommend nor going again!

hotel staff was excellent, loved that we could conveniently booked bike rentals to bike around the city!!! the rooms themselves were very nice. also the hotel had a pet CAT which was the cherry on top!!!

It’s not a smoke friendly hotel, it doesn’t have much not much at to eat, around or in the hotel besides McDonald’s, there’s not much on tv, the bed was hard and the pillows very small and uncomfortable and there’s no fridge, the manager wasn’t very nice when an incident occurred with me. The constant noise from other guests and the wind made me and my friends stay very unpleasant. The only positive aspect about the hotel is the cat.
