Centrally located, comfortable beds and large room for a couple!

The Front Desk Gentleman from Aruba has the most amazing personality. everyone there was friendly and helpful

Nice clean, modern American-style hotel in Amsterdam -- but no free Wifi. I think this hotel was better for a business trip than for personal travel and sightseeing. The location is pretty good, very close to the train station, but a bit farther away from other sights, and also very American-style ... not really a lot of Amsterdam flavor. The hotel restaurant was also not really great, sort of like a Marriott in a 2nd-tier city in the US.

Good location, lovely property. Our room was quite noisy. I suspect it’s location is very near staff access to floor and conversation outside our door as well as door slamming felt like it was occurring inside our room.

WiFi was bad in the rooms, though good on the main floor. That should be improved and was the only defect I could find.

Nice. Close to restaurants and shops. Good size rooms. Larger hotel. They even had ice machines.

Room was very large and easily accommodated the four of us. Hotel staff was exceptional. They had a lot of advice on where to go and what to do. The only bummer is we weren’t allowed to check in early. However, they were more than happy to store our luggage until we were able to check in

Great location. Club room is available (if your reservation is included) until midnight and perfect service. Great boat tours starting just front of the hotel. Rooms clean. Price little high but it is OK.

Was a nice place to stay. Would consider staying here again. Highly recommended.

The staff was so friendly, kind and helpful. the room was spectacular. Only complaint is the cost of WiFi.

This hotel has an excellent location just minutes to the train, boats and walking to the life and museums of the city. No aquatic amenities like pool or hot tub but the fire is nice and the hotel staff and facilities are top notch.
