Staff was very helpful and friendly. Easy access to the hotel and it was enjoyable to stay there.

Great location. Museums are within a ten minute walk. A good bakery for breakfast nearby.

Our room was very clean and cozy. Although a bit small, the room itself creates a very intimate atmosphere perfect for couples. The amenities were fantastic as well with a free mini bar refilled every day and a phone provided by the hotel for guests to take with them throughout the city which we thought was very considerate. The location was perfect as well for getting to places such as the Rijksmuseum.

Friendly staff, nice-looking rooms and free drinks.

Very nice quiet hotel with comfortable bed. Nice location, walking distance from major landmarks in addition there is a tram stop cross the street. Lots of good restaurants around the hotel.

Selecting an online hotel is challenging. One has to rely on the comments of others who have had previous experiences staying there. That is why we selected The Muse. It did not disappoint. We felt the staff was accommodating and friendly. They guided us to the tours we wanted, gave us information on how to proceed, suggested alternatives. When taxi service was required, they conveniently provided. Mostly, we felt comfortable and welcomed. The atmosphere was homey. The neighborhood was safe and within walking distance of canal views, museums, restaurants, bakeries, bookstores and anything needed. We would gladly return in the future, as we totally enjoyed being there for the days we spent in Amsterdam. The rooms were comfortable and supplied with complementary drinks, and they had latte coffee 24/7 in the lounge. We loved their patio and the resident kitten, Bella, that came to cuddle during our visits. When it was time for our departure, the desk provided wake up service service so that we could get on our way easily. The Muse is a great home away from home and we highly recommend it!

It was a pleasant stay, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. When I booked I knew that I will get a small room, but nevertheless I was happy with it, it included everything I needed, as the safe box and a mini bar that had free soft drinks and a bar of chocolate, I thought this was very nice of the hotel because this is is rarely done by hotels. It's location was excellent for me because it was a walking distance to the museums I visited, and the tram stop was just two minutes walk.

Lovely staff, location is a little farther away from central station but still in a great area, room is on the small side but fine since most likely you will be out exploring, loved having access to lounge 24/7 esp to get coffee in the morning!
