Great experience great NICE STAFF. Comfortable. Breakfast is too expensive though recommend NOT purchasing breakfast.

we stayed for 3 days and had a juniour suite, the hotel was great, right in the center of amsterdam, so easy to go anywhere. the room was comfortable. the food was a little expensive but it was good, the breakfast service in the room was awesome! not alot of hotels have this opportunity. i would definitely come again and i would also recommend this hotel to others. the staff was friendly and very helpful, and the lift security system with the room key was very modern.

thank you for a nice stay. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful. Close walk to area near the dam but far enough without any notice. The suite on the 4th floor was the best (one behind the elevator).

Amsterdam is very different from other European cities we have visited. The people are very friendly, everyone speaks english, and the architecture is unique. We enjoyed traveling by canal through the city similar to using trams in other cities. Walking is another option because most tourist sites are close to the central part of the city where we stayed.

Being our first trip to Amsterdam, we couldn't have picked a better hotel. I read reviews from so many and ended up picking this one. It lived up to the good reviews that I read. Great location, free wifi, awesome hotel staff. Extremely nice and very helpful in all aspects, details on where to go, how to get there and even getting bags of ice for my BFF who twisted her ankle. I would definitely stay here again :)) Kelli

We did a river cruise from Amsterdam to Lucerne which was wonderful. Everything was very nice at this hotel and easy to get around Amsterdam to view the city before our trip began.. I would like to say the same about the Radison Blu in Lucerne but it was very poor. I would struggle giving the Lucerne hotel a 2.5.

Perfect central location. Staff was incredibly pleasant--upgrading me to a suite. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

For the price the room was small and didn't include breakfast...which would cost 30 Euros apiece more---that's almost 80 dollars for both of us! Room service carried a 5 Euro charge which, for example, doubled the price of a 5 Euro pot of coffee in the morning. We do a fair amount of traveling and overall it was not a good value at all, especially since the previous hotel we stayed at (in Bruge, Belgium) was less expensive and more spacious. Although the staff was friendly and helpful, we could not recommend this hotel to friends.

Good location. We stayed in a standard room with windows facing into the courtyard. Small, clean room. It would have been great if the price included breakfast.

Ideally located in central Amsterdam. Easy and great sightseeing walk from RR Station with luggage that rolls. Staff very friendly and informative. Bar tender gave us a great suggestion for dinner with walking directions. Free Wi Fi is added plus. Friendly coffee shop at corner another plus. Rooms are good size and modern in an old building. A great stay despite cold and wet weather for October.

Positive reviews of the Radisson Blu Amsterdam prompted us to make our reservations with them. This was one of the best decisions made for this trip and the fact that we were given a free room upgrade made it even more so. The location close to just about all downtown Amsterdam's attractions but far enough to not hear any late night partying; I grew up in a walking city anyway so I was instantly accustomed to pedi-transportation. The rooms were bright, sparkling clean, contemporary and crisply styled. The view outside our windows were not great but we spent every day of our five-day stay outside anyway. The amenities here are above ordinary. We loved the radiant-heated bathroom floors in the cool mornings. After a full day of walking and in need of relaxation, we frequented the sauna inside the in-house gym. The staff made certain that experience there was welcoming and pleasant. The only inconvenience, and a very minor one at that, was that our rooms was in a wing across the street and getting to it required us to enter the main hotel lobby, go down a level, follow the walkway under the street then take the elevator to our floor. By the way there is another Raddison Blu hotel near Amsterdam's Schiphol airport. Not realizing that, we were initially taken to the wrong Raddison Blu...just a tip. Highly recommended.

Good location, clean, functional hotel. Good concierge service. Good food.

This Hotel is central and walking distance to the musumes, red light district, coffee houses, canal boat rides, and chocolate shops.

It is in the center of Amsterdam. Staff is very friendly and helpful, very nice and clean rooms

We loved the location. The rooms were quiet and dark. The staff was nice enough to let us alone. Our schedule was crazy so it was nice to have the opportunity to sleep throughout the day without interruption.

Helpful staff Nice bar lounge

Great location, a bit of a jaunt from Centraal train station, but then close to many other sites, coffeeshops, restaurants, Kalverstraat shopping and canal rides. Nice [...] price, but offered a "business class" room, evidently more square footage, wi-fi, satellite TV (a tube TV with a handful of movies), Nespresso machine and breakfast buffet, all for about 50 Euro. Given the cost of other breakfast buffets, we did it and probably worth it, but the other stuff seemed standard. Very friendly, approachable and helpful staff, we checked out but left luggage there until late afternoon. Interesting room with high slanted ceilings, tall windows under roof, but no view.

The hotel was first class in every respect except the TV selections available. The staff was extremely friendly to the extent of calling you by name on the second day of our stay. The location is great if you want a central city stay close to stores, tours, eateries, night clubs etc,

I was in Amsterdam for the first time, part business, part leisure. The hotel was centrally located, in a safe, clean neighborhood of quiet streets and canals. My first room was "Art Deco" which was a little over the top, so I moved to a room with a "Maritime" decor, which was nice. The bed was low and neither too firm nor too soft, really very good.

Great hotel. Within walking distance of dam square, rembrandtplein, red light district, central station, etc. Anne Frank House and Leidesplein were a bit further but you could still walk there. Staff was friendly. Hotel wasn't too big. Rooms were comfortable & clean. Beds were great. We had a king room on the 6th floor but with an interior view of the lobby. I am assuming that is due to the discount we had in booking through [...]. We were hardly in the room so we didn't really care.
