The room service food was good, but the e room service delivery guy demand cash payment right away. For comment sense that hotel customer can pay all the bills when they check out. Why cash? He maybe wants tips. But we thought Amsterdam not. Tips required country. Then the next day we ordered food in Theo my restaurant this hotel have. Waited for 40 minutes then comes with the cold burger. Very disappointing. The day before we leaving the hotel, we got email for online check out. I have paired tax and the food bill the day before we leaving the hotel but still come with ani tho we bill that we need to pay. I don’t believe this is a solid 5 star hotel. It seems like the staff work in the hotel are lack of motivation but motives for more tips. I am just not convinced.

This hotel was in a great location. Very close to the train station and within walking distance to most other attractions in the Amsterdam area. The room was very nice and large. There were a great amount of amenities that the hotel offered, like hot chocolate in the evening that was super tasty and much needed after the chilly evenings out. I would stay at again.

Excellent location, very accessible, very nice and polite stuff. Excellent breakfast. Cleaning service unprofessional, they came to clean after 16 pm while I was resting and then at 17 pm to check the cleaning, I expected them to do it during the day when we outside. It’s old building, the bathroom didn’t had enough ventilation and sometimes had unpleasant smell. Our room faced the street, and the soundproof wasn’t good but the view was great. Other than that it was perfect.
