The service was amazing. Staff is very helpful and extremely professional. The tram station/stop is very close which makes it super easy to commute from here to downtown Amsterdam. Overall, I would say it was an awesome experience.

Comfortable stay with helpful staff.

Very friendly and helpful manager. Our room was south facing and got quite warm. The air con was not able to cope with it. Immediately offered a room swap which we declined as it meant moving all our belongings on day 2. Instead a fan was put in our room for our comfort. Complimentary continental breakfast was good. Quite a good selection and very fresh pastries. Location 2 mins walk from a very regular tram service to the train stations and centre of town.
