The room was better than expected , Best location , Cozy customer executives very helpful. Better amenities. We stayed for four days it was a nice experience.Would love to visit again. Just opposite metro station arena bouleward , sufficiently large rooms and friendly people are the highlights of this chain.

Located just outside the doors of Arena Station, very quiet, clean, with great service all the way around! Breakfast (and staff) are amazing! Reception staff were helpful- a couple of restaurants right under the hotel, rooms are standard Hampton size, not small typical European sized rooms. Will definitely return!

We stayed here for the night when our flight was cancelled. It was very much like the ones in the US. The location, in particular, is good; it's right next to the train station and it's just a short train ride to the airport and Amsterdam Central. What I'd like to highlight, though, is the customer service. They were prepared for our arrival and we were able to promptly check in at midnight. Moreover, since we rushed out for an early flight the next morning, my wife left an important item in our hotel room. We got in touch by email when we arrived home and they offered to send it by international mail for a small charge. We received it a few days later. Thank you, Damian!

I was looking forward to this hotel as it is a great location, you get the Metro to cein from the central station and it only takes 15 minutes to get there so ideal to get away from the busy center. Last metro back is midnight and then it’s the night buses that are covered with your daily pass of €7. The hotel is clean and looks ok, our room was small for saying it’s using the name Hilton, only one coffee each provided and the only place to plug in the kettle was in front of a mirror, as you can guess the mirror got steamed up, again not something you would expect for a Hilton. The dispensers in the shower fell off the wall when using the bathroom and wardrobe door is only one door, so if you shut the bathroom door it leaves the wardrobe open to view and if u close the wardrobe door it leaves the bathroom open, so visually it’s not good and also not good for odours. The breakfast we paid extra for, un be known to us, when we got there we found it was a complementary buffet again not what you expect for a Hilton. There was not enough seating area, and breakfast was poor. The chairs in the lobby are huge and not practical, when you sit in them you are actually laid down and not good for back posture, This hotel goes by the name of a Hilton and has the price to match but please it’s more like a over priced travel lodge, however with saying that I have been to many travel lodges and have had better experiences than this place. The expectations of a hotel with the name Hilton and hefty price tag made me believe I was going to get an amazing hotel, I was totally disappointed I should have stuck to old faithful and done the premier inn.

I stayed here while we were getting my son set up for his first year at the University of Amsterdam. This hotel is conveniently located next to the arena station which can put you several places in the city in a short order. The rooms were very clean and had nice accommodations. The front desk staff was superb! Everyone we dealt with was great. There was one particular young lady that was super helpful. I hate that I did not write down her name but she is an intern there. She helped us locate a fantastic Indian place in the city center. She was extremely friendly and she will do well in her career! The morning breakfast was always delicious and the staff working this was also very accommodating. You won’t regret staying at this hotel which is located in Amsterdam Poort. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

I am writing this review while still an inhouse guest. I organized this small trip as a surprise for my friends, that were celebrating their honeymoon. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and i would like to say a special thank you to Damian and Soraya from the Front Desk department. The breakfast is rich and the food is delicious, the rooms spacious and clean, the hotel is situated right oposite the tube station. We felt so happy and lucky to find this gem of a hotel, we will be back!

Just returned from a three night stay at this hotel. The hotel is in a perfect location for getting the metro into central station. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is spot on and the staff are super efficient and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff very friendly, was a good base for visiting Amsterdam. The breakfast service was very crowded due to the small area where the food was served but there was a fab selection of everything you could want. The bedrooms are very spacious and bed confortable, rooms made up everyday.

I stayed here with my 18 years old and my wife for a week to explore Amsterdam. The hotel is perfectly located right outside the Bijlmer Arena metro/train station, from which you can travel almost anywhere (by metro for Central Station and by train for Schiphol Airport). The hotel is surrounded by some restaurants, shops of sporting articles and appliances, a cinema and the Ajax football stadium. The hotel is very clean and modern with everything you would expect. The breakfast is really nice and expansive and includes plenty of hot and cold options including waffles! Wouldn’t think twice about staying here again! Highly recommend!

I stayed here with my 8 year old for a few nights to explore Amsterdam. The hotel is perfectly located right outside the Bijlmer ArenA metro/train station, from which you can travel almost anywhere. It’s a short ride to Central Station or the airport from there. Around the hotel there are a few restaurants, convenience stores, a cinema and the Ajax football stadium. The hotel is clean & modern with everything you would expect from a Hilton. The complementary breakfast is extensive and includes plenty of hot & cold options including waffles! We arrived early & the hotel let us check in before 3pm which was perfect. Wouldn’t think twice about staying here again! Highly recommend!
