Spent seven nights at the hotel in celebration of our 33rd wedding anniversary. Excellent location, beautiful rooms and wonderful staff. Truly a five star experience!
Paid for a delux room had a view straight into a wall of other rooms in a tiny enclosed atrium. Mentioned we had a delux room with no view. They stated if we wanted a view we would need to pay an additional $50 euros a day on top of the almost $400.00 a day. Come in with a special travel pillow which I used Tuesday till Friday. We came back Friday night at 10:30 & it was gone. Asked the front desk to find it upon check out. Gave them all my info.( phone, email, etc). Didn't hear a word, so I called the front desk about 5. Didn't know or care. We went to the bar last night after 10:30 to have "The Best Bloody Mary in Tow" & a Mojoto. My husband laughed out loud when he tasted it. He said Delta Airlines was better, but you have to give the waiter credit for slinging it around. Went down to the spa area around 10 to see if the carried La Lebo Rose 31 ( had been told elsewhere they did have it). Left a message in an attempt to procure some. They didn't open till 11:00, so around 12:30 ( was out) they left a message that they called, nothing about the product? So over rated. Just got back from 10 days at a Mexican 5 star, this is a flat out joke
