Staff is really friendly and very helpful! Room is nice and very clean.

Automated checkin, modern, clean rooms, rental bikes available (but a bit pricey). Overall nice stay in a great area outside of the central district with a lovely canal.

Very modern and up to date. Tram stop right outside the front door was awesome.

Hotel was quiet, liked having access to the bike rental. Pricey for a basic room.

The check in process was smooth and simple. Staff spoke English well and were polite. Room was very clean and spacious for 3 people choosing the 3 single bed option.

Nice hotel. Location could be better. Staff is friendly but seems reluctant to be friendly. It might be a Dutch thing. Don't know.

A great hotel. A little far from the City Center. Cost a 10-19 Euro taxi ride but still a wonderful place to stay if you don't mind the commute. Non-alcoholic hotel but there is a store 2 blocks away that sells beer and there was a small fridge in my room.

This hotel is right in front of a tram station where there is a kiosk for you to buy tram cards for the duration of your stay. We took the tram everywhere so it was really nice and safe to take and such a convenience when we were out late. Bed is really comfy and the blinds work so well to keep sunlight out and we were on the 7th floor. Check in was easy as well as checking out. they have a laundry service too but its kind of pricwy but worth it if you have been traveling a while.

BED BUGS AND UNCHANGED SHEETS. The sheets were obviously not changed prior to my checkin. There were body hairs and black lint all over the sheets. I arrived extremely late and the hotel was fully booked so I had no choice but to sleep on the dirty linens. Later I found the bed bugs. One had bitten me and was attached to my leg. I had to throw away most of my clothes to avoid bringing them home. The XO Couture Hotel Amsterdam is the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. Avoid at all costs.

Comfortable rooms with excellent access to the city center and the airport.
