The staff was delightful. Randy was very helpful with our bags and the gentlemen at the reception desk were so accommodating and helpful. We had 36 hours traveling and really appreciated the extra effort the staff gave us.

Room was comfy and close to attractions like Anne Frank House. After a long flight and getting in earlier than the 3:00pm check in, my room was ready and the staff was very accommodating. Excellent weekend In Amsterdam. Thanks Doubletree!! you didn’t disappoint.

For the price it is a mediocre property with the most basic room and amenities. Would never stay there again.

The facility is dated, it could use some upgrade of the carpet. I do enjoy the close proximity to central station and the old town.

Room was dirty upon arrival, many stains on the carpeting, and chair. Burn holes in the carpeting even though it was allegedly a nonsmoking room. Sticky hand prints on the refrigerator, cabinet door, and table. Bathroom shower had mildew, bath towels were not folded and we questioned if they were clean or used. Furnishings were old and worn. I felt the room was well below the Doubletree brand standard. I found the common areas were clean and well kept but there was a large amount of trash right outside the main lobby entrance doors. Condition of the room itself was extremely poor considering the price we paid.

Location is perfect for Eurostar travelers and offers easy access to public transport. Walking distance from the city center, close to good restaurants.

Only stayed one night. Everything was satisfactory. Breakfast was excellent and location was good. Will stay again if the opportunity arises.

Great location. Short walk to trains at Amsterdam Central. Great roof top lounge with inside and outside seating. Can see the whole city. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

There was No TV set in the room which I thought was very bad.
