Great stay in Amsterdam at the Hyatt Regency. The staff was incredibly helpful and very engaging. Sophia in the bar is a terrific bartender who was very helpful about getting around Amsterdam. Also the young asian girl, I believe was a manager actually came up to our room to help us get the key to work properly. Easy to walk around the city from there.

The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. The front desk staff were AMAZING. The hotel itself is gorgeous. The breakfast was great with lots of options and friendly staff. The location is very central. The tram and Metro are walking distance and so it's easy to get anywhere you want to go with ease. I highly recommend this hotel for couples, business travelers and families alike!

Great location with Tram stop right outside and Metro station less than 5 minutes walk. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. The suit was nice and Regency Club had good options. The staff were the absolute highlight. From the reception staff at check-in, to the bar staff, maintenance workers and check-out, everyone we encountered had excellent customer service and a great attitude.
