We stayed at the Luxer for 1 night. Perfect location from Central station and lots to see and do right out the door of the hotel. Beds and pillows were comfy, and room was nice (but flooring could handle an upgrade from carpet). Extra special surprise with a nice treat bag when we checked out. If we are back, I will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Conveniently located to train station. . Hotel was old but expected that in the heart of Amsterdam . Staff were very friendly . Coffee machine in main lobby bonus and candy dishes a great touch . Room was clean . Would stay again !

Hotel is quite run down and in need of upkeep/renovations. Rooms were clean enough but threadbare carpets and stains all over them. Very small rooms and extremely small bathroom. Quite noisy and able to hear other guests in their rooms and in hallways. Convenient place to stay but not worth what they charge. Staff was pleasant.

Rooms can use a bit of updating, but all were very clean. Hotel is perfectly located for tourists. Hotel staff were fantastic. They were always friendly and helpful and honestly made the stay there above expectations.

The staff were very nice but the room needs a major overhaul. Dim lighting, stains in the carpet, mold in the bathroom. Lots of restaurants nearby but it was very noisy late into the night.

Great area, wonderful staff, good coffee machine. Rooms are in desperate need of renovation. Threadbare and stained carpeting throughout the hotel. Moulding on doors and baseboards filthy, need to be repainted. Bathrooms were ok, but not spotless. Beds were comfortable but would not stay there again. Would have expected to pay a lot less for that quality. Pictures on Expedia misrepresented the rooms.

The staff are most friendly that I ever experienced till now. The room is quite spacious and comfortable. The internet speed is good. There is complimentary coffee and cookies. You should definitely try those cookies.

Great find in the heart of Centraal. Amsterdam

Fairly priced no frills “boutique” hotel located in the heart of Centraal Amsterdam. Great staff, early check in, clean. As advertised. 4 min walk to the train station, surrounded by shops, nightlife, and any type of food you could want. 15 min walk to Ann Frank Huis, 5 min walk to the red light district. Coffee, snacks, lounge, and bar on the ground floor. Perfect for solo travelers or couples that don’t need 5 star accommodations at a fraction of the cost of other surrounding properties. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Amsterdam.
