I had a great experience staying here. The room was clean, the service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly when it came to transportation guidance. Property was only 3 tram stops from main station which is great. Rooms were clean, our window did not open as we would have liked fresh air, rather than running on A/C, also no maid service one day? Staff were all very helpful though and breakfast was really nice which did include gluten free toast.
