Expensive for what you get

Clean hotel, but quite outdated and not up to 4star Standards. I found it odd that for a 4 star hotel, they do not offer all the amenities you usually get like at the bare minimum on top of shampoo and body wash, they should have body lotion.

I don’t think this is a 4-star establishment. The room had a bad smell when we first got there, and the stairwell smelled humid. Could use some minor maintenance like repainting and keeping amenities clean looking. Thankfully, the bathrooms were clean and, modern, bed was comfortable, and AC workers which is most important!

Good location and helpful frontdesk

The location of the hotel is within walking distance of Van Gogh Museum and Rijksmuseum. Hotel breakfast is amazing and well worth it when bundled with room. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. There is no onsite parking so check ahead with the hotel for recommendations for nearby paid parking.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place was impeccably clean, which made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. The location is fantastic — close to all the main attractions and easy to get around from there. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.
