No ice maker on the floor, no microwave oven can be used by customers. But the people are so nice. Thank you

Overall the hotel is ok for a budget hotel is located about 40 minutes away from the city center by public transportation and is 15 minutes away from schipol airport. If you don't mind staying right outside the city center is a good option. The wi fi is not very reliable and at times doesn't work.

The exterior of this hotel looks tired and in need of a good cleaning but the interior was clean, rooms were clean and quiet. Staff were professional and helpful. A fine stay

Deceiving filthy. The whole building should be condemned

Awesome very good I like everything I Com again next year.

The rooms are massive for Amsterdam and at a very fair price, makes them well worth the 30 tram ride into the City.

This was in a prt of Amsterdam we wouldn't have seen otherwise, and we appreciated this quiet residential location though it was out of the way. Transit just a few blocks away made connecting to downtown easy. Good value, would stay here again.

This was an excellent hotel located within minutes of the trams that will run into the city.

We needed to be close to the Amsterdam Airport, so chose this relatively inexpensive hotel, sight unseen. The neighborhood was OK but guys hanging around the hotel and in the lobby were pretty sleezy -- not pleasant for a family with children. The room was simple, clean, roomy and comfortable, with a nice TV and bathroom, so in that sense the place was fine.

You may spend hundreds of dollars with downtown stars in accomodation. Besides, if you're ready for least of the local thing, this one will surely help you with your budget and quite rest which is what it is really about lodgeing.

Far away from city centre. Very bad internet connection, almost like there is no connection. Inpolite staff in restaurant (but very good service in reception). Shower with low water pressure. Mold on the ceiling of the room. Room, towels were clean. Comfortable beds.

This is a hotel in a bad neighborhood, far from any dining or shopping places. No english newspapers, no english tv, and except for breakfast, nothing much to eat there. No electrical adapters. Taxis have a hard time finding it.

We stayed on the 15th of May here because we had a 5 hour layover from Nice to Amsterdam to LAX. I called ahead of time and was informed that there would be a shuttle available to pick us up and take us back in the morning. Well we arrive 10:30 pm and it turns out service finished at 9:30, so we ended up taking a taxi that cost us 50.00 euro - aka $65.00 US!!!! Anyways, so since the taxi took all euros, I asked if the hotel had a ATM, and he said no. We would have to walk about 15 minutes to a mall for cash. I ask for the shuttle info, he points over to a stand and the first shuttle does not go out until 7:30 am and we had to be at the airport at 6am???!!!. So boys and girls, the moral of the story iis that its a clean hotel but they should be more clear about the shuttle service and not be considered an airport hotel. If I would to do this all over I would stay with what I am familiar, hotel that does have a shuttle service all night and day long because it caters to airport/layover clients.
