I recently stayed at this hotel and found the room to be clean and well-maintained. However, the surrounding area was quite noisy due to the nearby bars and restaurants, which made it difficult to get a good rest. Additionally, I was disappointed with the level of service provided by the staff. As a five-star hotel, I expected a more proactive approach to addressing guest concerns, but unfortunately, that was not the case during my stay. Considering the price of over €300 per night, I feel that the overall experience did not meet my expectations. The location was certainly a highlight, but I believe there are better options available for the price. I was promised an email from the reception manager regarding the results of an investigation into my concerns, but it has now been two weeks without any response.

The staff was 5 stars amazing, but showed up 1.5 hours after the earliest check-in to discover our room was undergoing maintenance and they had no equivalent room available! Ultimately, they put us in two connecting rooms instead of the family suite but it was not as expected. Breakfast was amazing! And again, the front desk, concierge and everyone was encountered was fantastic!

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are lovely. The room was dusty, had spiders. The bed headboard was tatty and peeling. I find it absurd that a 5* hotel only has one mirror in the room, which was in the bathroom. No full length mirror, and no where to get ready to do hair/makeup if someone is using the bathroom.

The location was great, but the room was extremely noisy as it backed up to a busy street and there was so sound proofing on the windows. So it was loud throughout the night and then garbage was on the streets in the morning with loud birds after the garbage. Needless to say for an expensive hotel I did not get a lot of sleep. We arrived early (like 9AM) and the hotel was "under pressure" to give us our room ASAP. So we booked two beds in a room, we reminded them about the two beds, yet we got the single king bed setup in our room. They made good on the bed configuration relatively quickly and from then on, the stay was perfect. We liked the room, the luxury toiletries provided, the concierge service was extremely helpful, and we dined in all three restaurants, and the experience was really 5 start plus. Will stay again and highly recommend!!! Great location, easy to walk to most landmarks, restaurants and shopping.

The sauna required an extra charge, which was disappointing for a 5-star hotel. Our first room was extremely noisy, and we had to ask to be moved. While the second room was an improvement, it still wasn’t particularly quiet. Overall, the experience didn’t meet the expectations of a 5-star stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Nice location

We booked three rooms two other rooms were together. One was the complete other end of the hotel then they ended up telling us to release one of the rooms and they would refund it but then I spent three days trying to get that hotels.com. I had reached out to them. They emailed me back that they couldn’t get in touch with the hotel and then on check out it was quite an ordeal. Also, definitely not a five star. I would suggest four star quality.
