Rooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived they gave my granddaughter a stuffed bear. Bathroom was clean and shower was great. Helpful with arranging a cab to the airport. I would stay there again.

this hotel is pretty good! We were able to check in early which is always great and our room was very modern and clean. only downfall was that it was a very small room with not much room to move about. In terms of making it into the city centre, it was about a 30 minute walk but tram services are also available very close. This hotel provided exactly what we needed. Comfort and cleanliness

Mixed review - initial room was tiny (like TINY) but the issue was a terrible smell when air conditioning was on (and being 35 degrees we needed it) - the smell was so foul like sewerage. After one night they moved us to another room, slightly bigger and no smell which was great. Customer service was good Location great. Room one was terrible Room two was good Can get a late check out for 10 euros per hour to 2pm and store luggage in a room which is handy.

We spent seven nights here and had a room we shared with our adult daughter. Even with two beds, there was plenty of space for all three of us. We had the hotel's breakfast each morning, and it was fine, with an assortment of options. We loved the easy, walkable access of the hotel to the tram stops, Vondlepark, and the museums! We'd happily stay here again.

This hotel was terrible. Hotel is not the proper word. It is fit for students traveling with backpacks. The rooms are small, crammed with soft, sagging beds, and not all that clean. Shower was decent. It is located within walking distance to museums and restaurants. Expedia needs to send someone to Amsterdam to review this site. It was not at all up to our standards. A total disappointment!

The XO was such a disappointment. The desk attendants on Saturday wore unhelpful and seemed to know nothing about the local area -- even where to buy postage stamps! We checked into our room with empty Shower Gel (Hair/Body Soap), asked the evening desk person and he said we'd have to wait until following day! We ended up taking one from housekeeping cart since no follow-up. Room was not clean -- found dirty towel on side of tall cabinet. There are no drawers for clothes! Only a cabinet to hang clothes and they had bent wire hangers with cheap plastic too. On Monday the desk person was better (possibly Mgr). He could tell us where a post box was close-by. Rooms are super small if in a double. Friend and I shared bed; wasn't twins as thought. They were comfortable. Breakfast is on bottom foor and 15 Euro. We found Small Talk cafe on main street nearby which was wonderful for same cost. The best thing about hotel was its Location! Could walk everywhere and near the Museums and Passage way to canals. The hotel has potential but needs to work on cleanliness and customer service.
