A great hotel, the staff are very kind and helpful. We stayed in a Junior suite and it was lovely, but the noise from the street was quite loud. The trams run until 12:30 and begin again at 5:30. There is lots of Street activity too. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was ok quite outdated interiors , the main issue for us was that the air con was very noisy so had to turn it off , the room got quite warm and we had to open the window and there was a large vent from the opposite building which was also noisy. So not a good night sleep!

Very convenient location, next to canal, shopping and lots of dining options. Most attractions are walking distance and the tram station is right outside the station. Staff is nice and attentive. We had a great stay.

Our corner suite was perfect. Plenty of room. Great to see the canals out the window. Bathroom was huge. Bed was comfortable. Perfect location, plenty of restaurants near hotel. Tram stop right outside hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. They had coffee/tea 24 hours a day. Only dislike was unable to adjust thermostat, but that was minor and I would stay here again.

The location of this hotel was amazing, close to everything we visited over 5 days, Anne Frank House, Rijksmuseum, National Palace, Heineken Experience. The tram is literally steps from the front door. Breakfast was more than adequate (20 euros) but there were plenty of good places right outside the door. Staff was efficient and kind.

Small gym that had everything I needed. The hotel lounge had coffee and tea always available, and cooked to order eggs were perfect for the mornings. Excellent location, walking distance to many of Amsterdam’s attractions. The staff was extremely helpful with dinner suggestions and overall info about the city.

This hotel is a perfect location surrounded by canals, restaurants, cafes and bars.The tram is right outside the property, which is also very convenient. We took it to and from the train station in under 20 minutes. The property itself is beautiful with a nice restaurant for breakfast, and a lounge area offering free coffee, tea and pastries for guests. We also found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room itself was okay. It was a nice size, clean, and traditionally decorated, but we found it quite noisy and the bed & pillows weren't very comfortable. We could also hear the tram, showers, movement in other suites, and doors slamming, so not very noise proof. It appears that some rooms are renovated, but ours wasn't, and we faced a stairwell and the mechanical, so if a view is important I'd specifically ask for a room on the canal side.

The front desk staff was very helpful with explaining how to use the tram and train. One note about the tub - the floor of the tub was higher than the bathroom floor. This made stepping out feel a bit unsafe, as if one might slip.

The king bed wasn't a king matras but consisted of 2 separate matrasses. This was inconvenient. Everything else was excellent. The room was nice and warm. Kitchen/ restaurant service really nice and great food. We will come stay again.
