Our room was very quiet and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We felt it was a great location, close enough to the train station to walk. Easy to get to and from the airport. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Great hotel but we were kept up all night for 3 nights, it must be the noisiest street in Amsterdam. I appreciate its convenience to the station but the noise from traffic, trams, music and people was unbearable especially with 3 children.

We stayed at the Victoria hotel in Amsterdam for three nights, 3 people in 1 room with a sofa bed. The hotel is very well situated for the Amsterdam Central railway station and is therefore ideal as a base to get to and from the airport by train. The station is also a central hub for Metro and trams to get round Amsterdam and to other parts of the Netherlands. It is also a great location for accessing the centre of Amsterdam with its night life and shopping. We had a first-floor room “overlooking the canal” - it was a little noisy at night as people were walking past but also especially considering this was Kings Day in Amsterdam - and be windows of the room had a net on the outside presumably to stop pigeons but this obscured the view. We had breakfast every day and the hotel had a good selection of continental and hot food. There were busy times at Breakfast, one morning we left the restaurant at about 0730 and there must have been a queue of 20 people waiting for a table. However, this is probably due to tour groups in the hotel and half an hour later or earlier there was no queue. The staff on the front desk were very welcoming and gave us lots of great information when we arrived - very helpful and considering we arrived late at night and the sofa bed had not been made up due to a late upgrade, they were very quick and helpful to come and make the bed. The room itself was clean. The bed was comfortable, bathrooms nice and large, small table and chairs in the room.

A lovely hotel, we've stayed there twice now. Right next to central station so easy to get to from the airport. The staff are amazing! They simply cannot do enough to help make your stay special. Also the breakfast is great, a very wide range and all very well cooked, worth adding to your trip. We'll be going back I'm sure.

This hotel was recommended by my niece who is a pilot and stays here often. What a beautiful, perfect hotel. The location is perfect. Directly on canal across from train station with a variety of trams, trains and boats to make exploring the city convenient. The hotel is sumptuous. The staff impeccable, especially front desk and concierge staff. The room is modern, large, luxury linens and comfortable bed, fluffy robes, coffee maker etc. The whole vibe is Amsterdam chic with a large dollop of luxury. The bar is lively and elegant and several restaurants in site are perfect. If you are coming to Amsterdam, this is the place to stay.

The staff were very courteous and friendly from the time we reached till we departed. The concierge staff were very friendly informative and helpful. The breakfast had the most impressive selection of all the international travel experiences we had so far. We will visit again. The only things that were minor but noticeable were lose light connections in the room, very few English options among the TV channels and unattended strollers and vacuum cleaners left in the hallway. Smoking so close to the hotel. Overall it was an enjoyable stay. We will visit again may be with more family. Keep up the great work Park plaza Victoria.

The biggest advantage of Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam is its unbeatable location—just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around super convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were professional and efficient throughout our stay. However, a few minor issues could be improved: when we checked in, the room was understocked (only two sheets of tissue left and shampoo levels were very low). The in-room phone also wasn’t working, so we had to go down to reception each time we needed something like slippers, bathrobes, or vanity kits—which are only provided upon request. That said, we still had a pleasant stay overall and would recommend the hotel. Hopefully, these small service details can be improved in the future to make the experience even better.
