Perfect location... right on the canal across from the Opera House, just far enough away from the exact center to be a little quieter. You can get a room facing the canal. Prices are reasonable. Breakfast has a wide selection. The room we had was small and awkwardly shaped, but it's an old building. At night, it can get noisy if you leave the window open (lots of street traffic) but it calms down. The bathroom was tiny but had everything you need. When we arrived it was smelly but running the shower fixed it. Larger people may have difficulty managing the small shower. But the view out the window, ideal.

Clean hotel in a great location. We were in an area that was away from the business but close to lots of places to eat. So nice that it was right next to a bike rental shop. We were late checking in and were provided a free drink ticket. Check in process was only complaint.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were superb and the facilities offered were very good. Our room had the most comfortable Queen bed and large bathroom. The location was ideal for exploring this wonderful city. We could not have been happier and would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

The hotel was very clean and the location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room size was fine. What was not told to me on check in was that I had to let them know we wanted room service. On our second day I said we need the room cleaned and it was done.

Over Priced for the room and over rated - Had ground floor looking out front of footpath, turn lights on in room had to close blinds as people could see in from street. Room very noisy & loud from front street movement all night long! Bar staff very friendly and helpful - Breakfast buffet was great. Concierge was very helpful and directions to tourist areas was correct had no issues in finding places.
