Phone in room not operable, TV remote to front desk twice to get working batteries. Beds comfortable. Close to airport. Breakfast fine. Would stay again.Staff perhaps more training on handing customer issues.
I wish there had been more options for food, and it is a little confusing how to actually exit the property. If I had been flying out of that side it would have been great, but unfortunately I had to shuttle to my gate.
It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location was close to the Detroit airport car rental return, so that was convenient. I docked one star because there was only one bath towel in a double queen room.
The property look like a dollhouse. Very cute! The staff was amazing! The elevator by the lobby didn't work. The shuttle service is only available for airport. Left something behind in the roo. Still waiting for cleaning services to return.
